I purchased some clothing from pat pat on 1st April 2022 and received the goods in just over a week (8th April), which was a pleasant surprise! And the clothes were of good quality for the amount I paid for.

There were two items which I found didn't suit me and one which was slightly on the small side. I requested a refund for two of the items and an exchange for a larger size for the other.

The customer representative gave me a reply within 48 hours and the refund was processed and I received it 3 days after completing the request and getting it approved. The exchange request was also approved and it took just under 2 weeks for the larger sized jumper to arrive.

I would highly recommended pat pat for any clothing purchases as they made it the process very easy and efficient. And I will be happy to purchase from them again.

Excellent location and they have very good costumes, but we need customer service in Egypt to respond to our inquiries and suggestions to improve the quality of the products, we hope so

I love patpats clothes. I buy my 1 year old so many cute clothes and recently purchased some for my self. It shipped fast. Most of the items fit some were either too small or too large. I contacted customer service and Jonalyn helped take care of my return. She responded quickly and took care of my refund for the clothes that didn't fit.
