Samuel was nice to resolve my issue with my order, he didn't give me the run around and gave me the correct information about my package. He kindly did a re-shipment and also kept his word on keeping me updated with further information about my order via email.

Some of the clothes don't work out and are cheaply made, but all in all it is worth it because there are definitely hidden gems to find. I found a beautiful green dress that is now my favourite, and just returned what didn't fit me.

Also, when I got the ordered things and they weren't as in the photos, I spoke to agent
ELAINE who resolved the issue very quickly and gave me a voucher that can cover the price I paid for that.
Not only did they refund my money because the bathing suits did not fit, but they also let me keep them so I didn't have to pay for return shipping and they were extremely polite and quick with their customer service response!
Easy to shop for family matching outfits for the whole family. Many prints and pattern and variety of styles to choose from. Quality of material is good and fit is true to size. I had an issue with some sock sizing and Jonalyn from Patpat customer service was very helpful and quick to resolve the issue. I was satisfied with the solution.

I have twins so getting matching outfits or two of the same size at an affordable price is NECESSARY! PatPat is the only retailer who offers us this aid. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality and price of all the PatPat products!

I have shopped on this side several times. I have had maybe one or two package that have not been able to be delivered before. I reached out to customer service because I saw the package was out for delivery but never delivered. I informed them that it was being returned to sender because they could not find the address. They told me to wait because it might still be delivered to me I waited it out I seen that it was leaving DC and was in another state I immediately reached out to them again and told them that I would like a refund because I have no package my package was not delivered and it was on his way back to them they kept telling me I need to track the package try to give me the tracking number and I told them they needed to track the package themselves and they would see that the package was on his way back to them my package was delivered to them two days ago and no refund has been sent to me no one has reached back out to me or responded to my email about my refund and you can see in the images down below they tried to tell me the track the package and they seen that the package was heading back to them but swore up and down that it was coming back to me it left DC it was not coming back to me now I have not heard from them now I have to file a dispute with my bank I will never shop with the site again and I love the site and I like the outfits but I cannot deal with bad customer service
Product quality is good, but the size i ordered is small for my son. Customer service solved this issue and returned the amount as voucher now i am planning to order the bigger size

PatPat and Jasper were so patient with me. I put the wrong address on my package and they did everything they could to try to get it to me. The USPS returned it and they gladly helped solve the issue. I've ordered from PatPat for two years and will continue to do so. We love their clothes! I tell every mom and grandmother I meet about y'all.
