I ordered an incredibly cute family set of swimsuits, though there was an issue with my local courier and I didn't receive my package. I reached out to PatPat customer service and they were so nice and resolved the issue in a timely manner, no extra charge to me. I'll definitely continue to order from PatPat and highly recommend.

This was the first time i ordered something online trusting on it. I had two orders from this company which my baby wanted to wear for the special occasion but have no any updates. I got an email saying to contact the courier along with tracking number but when I did it I got a reply saying they have not received that consignment into their network, the scans showing on tracking system are not physical scans on the parcel. Is there any direct contact of this company?
I have ordered 3 items so far on the PatPat app. They all came in and looked exactly like the picture. I had to do a rush order and it took about two weeks. Typically, it would take longer if I did standard. Since I was new to the App I was able to get one item for 1 dollar and it usually was 40 dollars. I have ordered six more items and can not wait for when them come in. PatPat is great and have many reasonable prices and a lot of options for maternity clothes. They also do a lot of discounts. You also can earn 1 dollar back each time. Love this app!

Overall product material and styles are great, kids clothes for the mommy and me sets that I chose fit the children well and look adorable. Unfortunately for me the styles did not fit on my body type properly and I also ordered one product a size too big thinking the items might run small but they are all true to size and so if you're a medium then it's safe to order a medium rather than a size up or down.
The clothes is affordable and very cute. I have always had fast shipping. Only mistake or concern I had was my fault for getting the size wrong. April in the customer service fixed the problem so quickly. I love ordering from this shop and will continue to do so. I highly recommend them.
I ordered 3 of the family match sets for my twins. They arrived in a little over a week. The quality was better than I expected. The items were shipped in one large package with separate quality bags for each item. I just placed another order with PatPat, looking forward to its arrival.
I have had nothing but an awesome experience using PatPat. I have placed around 10 large orders and each time it has been great. The one time something was mixed up the customer service was quick to help and refunded my money. And you can't beat the prices!

When you see a website with a timer "24 hours until end of sale", and everything is so cheap, you should know it's a scam. Unfortunately, the pictures were so cute and the prices were so low, I got played like a fool. The clothes is made from cheap (and mostly polyester) material, and the sizes are all wrong. Everything is too big. I ordered clothes for my baby girl, sizes 0-3 months, 3-6 months and 6-9 months, and the clothes I got is for 1-3 years old kid. It was an expensive lesson - never buy from web sites you never heard before. Also, they are doing amazing stuff with false reviews... Avoid!

I bought some clothes from patpat and received them within two weeks which is amazing. The quality was excellent. I had a problem with on of the dress and was resolved by their help. Very beautiful and bright colors. Happy with my purchase
I placed an order with PatPat on the 27/04/2020 and to date still have not received it. I got a token to 15$ off my second purchase and I ordered on the 12/05/2020 some more cause it would essentially be for free. This has surprisingly been shipped 19/05/2020.

Avoid they advertise a USA base but it is all a sham. They are a Chinese Company with an Office in the USA everything is shipped from China and when you try and get information you get a copy paste message from their site. No human interaction or follow up.

All my questions were answered in a really short time period. Love this service. The quality of the item I purchase is also very good. My son loves his new shoes. If they had my size in those shoes I would've bought some.
Very satisfied with patpat and its customer service. I have ordered 2 baby and 2 adult clothes. The baby ones look really nice and are of good materials which gives them a very soft touch. Unfortunately the adult clothes didn't fit me and my husband, so I contacted customer service and Karen P was extremely helpful and sorted my return problem in no time.
