I had placed 4 separate orders with Pat Pat 3 out of the 4 arrived. The 4th had a shipping delay and once I emailed customer service they were extremely quick to respond - less than 24 hours and they resolved the issue as my package arrived yesterday! The clothing is amazing quality for really good prices. Absolutely love this shop and will continue to order for my baby girl and for family matching outfits.

I am a frequent shopper at Pat Pat. I recently purchased a pair of shoes but I received an incorrect size They were able to send me the correct size, giving me several options for a refund process in store credit, a full refund or the product replacement.
I was slightly skeptical ordering swimsuits on pat pat only because most of the photos look like models or air brushed people. However I was super happy and pleasantly surprised with our suits. Not only the quality but the fit. We ordered mom, dad, and daughter in one style and mommy and me in pineapples. Love them both
I made an order almost 20 days back. When I enquired about the order they said that "order was back ordered due to high demand". In response, I said then cancel that particular item whichever is taking a long time and ship the rest.
It never happened. My whole order is stuck because of just one item. Really?

One of the best shopping apps for my baby daughter and excellent customer service. Seriously, I've never experienced before such a high level and friendly service. I had to return some items and Susie solved everything very quickly. Very satisfied and will definitely recommend it to my friends.
I bought a head protector for my baby who is now learning to sit independently. Unfortunately the product came with holes on them so I contacted the customer service and I received a reply the very next day saying that refund was on my way. Thank you Kristian!

I saw other reviews about shipping & Keep in mind it's shipping from far away so be patient it took my huge order three weeks but at the prices you receive you can't beat it!
I was very excited about purchasing nursing clothing and spent weeks trying to decide what outfits I would purchase for my well deserved shopping spree. I never spend money on myself and don't have any to begin with. Boy was I disappointed- I have never experienced such cheap material- I am talking cheaper than Walmart- cheaper than Kmart- cheaper than dollar tree fabrics- the concepts are amazing, the design is perfect, but the fabric and zippers and even thread is cheaper than you can imagine! See-through fabrics that are thinner than plastic bag- all 6 items I bought. I wore one item so have to keep it- but it is pretty depressing that I have to- I paid $24 for something that will likely rip the next time I wear it. I usually only write positive reviews but want to save another young mom this tragedy-

My whole family, Neighbours and friends are Absolutely adores our gorgeous matching outfits all the time. Excellent customer service! I had an issue regarding the size on a couple of items. As soon as I contacted them Ms. SUSIE B was super helpful and resolved my issue super fast. I recommend PatPat 100% their clothes, quality, and help are amazing.
I ordered a gorgeous romper for my daughter. I have received my package it's not even an article of clothing. I spent $15 total shipping included for a tornado combat judgement joker toy for a little boy. I honestly don't even know how to go about contacting them to get my money back if anyone could help that would be amazing because this is ridiculous.
