It is my first time ordering from PatPat and I thoroughly impressed with this company. Their selection of unique items like dinosaur print for girls, and price range seemed too good to be true. When my items arrived in the mail, I WAS BLOWN AWAY BY THE QUALITY. And their customer service (particularly Susie B) was very helpful and EXCEPTIONAL. Will definitely shop here again and often. They've gained a loyal customer.

I shopped this site and used the Canadian currency. My total was $38.23CDN Patpat charged me $38.23 USD. The exchange rate meant I was paying over $50 for my purchase. I argued this point but was shut down by Patpat. If you aren't shopping in USD then you will be over charged... buyer beware this is a scam to me
I have purchased many baby clothes and the quality has been magnific. The style, colors, sizes. Everything has been perfect.
PatPat cloth options for babys was a great area to shop from. Many adorable outfits to pick from with affordable pricing.
I honestly thought I'd have to send the clothes back as i accidently ordered small size which was too tight for me. Thought I'd look way to small, then I contacted Pat pat customer rep and had conversation with Susie who helped me to resolve the problem. I am very thankful to Susie and a happy customer.

I had received my items and everything was great except my baby bag I had purchased, the zipper was broken. They emailed me back right away, I had sent them pictures and they told me to keep the defected one and they are sending me a new bag! Great customer service.

I absolutely love the quality of the clothing items. The site always has these "Flash Deals" where you can grab items for nearly nothing. They also sell matching outfits, which I personally adore! I will definitely be ordering some for my daughter and myself! When I had a problem with my order *Which was my fault, not PATPAT's* the customer service team were swift and prompt and respectable to help me resolve my issue!
