My package got lost in delivery. Patpat was very helpful and offered the choice between a full refund or reshipment. I had the pleasure of working with josalyn. She quickly had my problem solved, my products in transit, and had my new tracking number ready. I will be ordering from them again soon!

I placed one of my many orders and 5 of the items with this order were socks for my great grandchild. Upon receiving my order and opening the socks to look at, realized that they would be too big and want them in the smaller size. Did a PATPAT chat and within 2-3 days, was told that the new size would be sent out. This is the fastest response and resolution time that I've ever received from a on-line site. This has been my FAVORITE PLACE to order from since I found out about it 6 months ago.
Jonalyn with customer service was great! The clothes are great! I love the options, prices and styles! We have only ever had one issue and it was corrected quickly! Plus they have stuff no other store has and I love it!

I love PatPat! I have so much trouble finding cute clothes for my son. I feel like all the other baby clothing stores are too "cutesy" and not trendy. Or if they are trendy they are way too expensive. PatPat has really nice clothes that fit perfectly in my budget!
I have placed three orders so far, still waiting on the third one. It takes about 2-3wks to get them. The first order was all $4 flash items and this order I just placed was also flash deals and I got 3 items each for my two little boys. I appreciate cheap deals on cute boy clothes. The sizing is a bit off. The 12-18mo overalls I got were also able to be worn my by 4yr old, just a bit short. The 18-24mo two piece sets I got also fit better on my 4yr old and swallowed up my 19mo old when we first got them at the beginning of the summer when he was younger. Now they fit better but I feel like the neck hole will be too small before the shirt actually is.
I accidentally ordered wrong size. The customer service group read my email and fixed my order as requested! Excellent service
This was my first time ordering from PatPat, and my last. My order has been sitting in California for 9 days. Just found out they get products from oversees. This is not stated in their info. Very upset

Trovo ottima sia la qualità che le taglie dell'abbigliamento baby in quanto vestono un po' più grandi e si riescono a sfruttare i vestiti un po' di più! Mi trovo bene anche con gli acquisti casa e anche per me le taglie sono reali. Ad esempio io porto una S e mi va perfetta! Consiglio a tutti di scaricare l'app in quanto é molto pratica e si può monitorare tutto da lì!
