Hola Soy María y soy de costa rica... en el mes de septiembre mandé a traer dos pedidos a patpat y la verdad es que de todo lo que compre quedé enamorada... la calidad es muy buena y el precio de la ropa es muy cómodo además el envío fue por Fedex y duro 8 días en llegar más los 8 días de embalaje

Refund and quality of services:
I bought several items at Patpat and I was never disappointed by the quality (diapers, pyjamas, maternity bra). We recently changed address and our order never arrived but then JONALYN from client services kindly solved the issue and I got a full refund.

I can say pat pat is the best shopping site ever. From the design, quality and the price was satisfy me much.

Sin duda alguna es una app que se a posicionado en buen lugar en México ya es conocida, tienen ropa para el todo tipo de clima y de celebraciones la recomiendo mucho ojo siempre tienes que checar los comentarios de otros para que puedas saber que tal les pareció la tela o si viene a la talla esa es mi recomendación. So far My experience with patpat has been wonderful. Clothes and accessories are made with good materials and shipping is pretty fast. Customer assitance with returning and item have been quite fast!( i have ordered wrong size of shoe)

If more stars were provided I would rate more than five for the assistance that I got from one of the customer service agent Rachel. She was very helpful until my problem of wrong delivery of the item was solved. Rachel offered me with a solution of giving me a voucher code that can be used for my future purchase. This was best customer service experience I had. Appreciate Rachel assistance.

It was a great experience with pat pat for me highly satisfied with price quality and their service. Had one issue with one item they resolved it without putting me in any hussle for return process and they didn't want the product back too. I got my voucher and I still have product too what a great service thank you pat pat..
