Purchased an item & received after Christmas (1st disappointment) fabric was very filmsy (2nd disappointment) & lastly customer would not refund the restocking fee (3rd disappointment). So if you thinking of ordering from here, I would think twice.

I ordered my grandkids two Mickie Mouse jackets and I got a email stating my order was shipped a week late got another email stating my order was in Kaufman Texas after that said email I received another email stating my order was stuck in customs then a week later I received another email at 2am stating my order was canceled and I would be getting a refund. Never will I order from these websites they are not trustworthy

Customer Service: Contact info and frequently asked questions are easy to locate. There's also a live chat option to get quick help from representatives. Returns/refund policies are clearly spelled out.
I would give 0 starts if it was possible. PatPat clothes run small in size and didn't fit my child. I contacted PaPat customer service over 10 times to return items that were too small. Sent them pictures multiple times of the clothes along with all required info as per return policy. And nothing. I was ignored until 30 day return policy was over. Nedless to say I highly suggest to avoid this seller. Never again.

Just stay away from this app. It says free return but when you want to request a return you have to spend a long time to connect to an agent. Ask you lotf of questions about why do you want to return. For acceptance reasons like incorrect size or different than picture, they will respond you very impolite that you are lying! Then after taking your time, just say ok you can return but you have to pay for shipping! Which it costs to me $30 for an order that it was only two pieces! Sooo expensive items and very low in quality. If you order from this app you lose money and the free return is fake
No life,they promise return of product in 7 days and 8th day all the products got damage.

I placed an online order and 5 minutes later I realized I ordered an item that I already had. I cancelled the order right away and was told I'd have my money back in 14 business days. That was February 18th. It is now March 11th and I still have not gotten my refund. This is not a company to trust.

This is literally the only thing we don't want to compromise with when buying an outfit for a newborn. After reading multiple reviews I went ahead and bought 6 outfits, (onesies, woollen clothes, 100 % cotton labelled one) for my nephew n imagine my embarrassment when all of them came out looking like flimsy rags with faded print.
I ordered for the us to be delivered in Seattle n from India (paid in Rs) do I don't know where it got delivered from but I was so disappointed especially when the pics of the clothes they have put is so good looking.
I'm never buying from here again.

The second time I ordered a new outfit for my daughter they sent me an outfit with BLUE stains all over it... How does a NEW outfit have stains all over it... their chat person didn't even care. Just said they would refund the outfit and no apology. Ridiculous...
I ordered something for my daughter in June 2022 and never received it. They refused to send me back my money. It's now been 6 months later. Don't purchase from them.
Very happy with the care and support I received during a delivery issue. I put the address in wrong so the order was returned, and they gave me credit for the full amount of my order. Took a couple of days because it was over the weekend and it's the week before Christmas, but I'm very happy with the help and care I received. Susie B was very easy to work with. I love their clothes and their service!
