Ordered stuff over a month ago still haven't received my items if you try to track it they're tracking ironically isn't working they say you can track it through FedEx if you try to track it through FedEx they say don't have any information on the tracking number. Wish I would've read these reviews before ordering from this company

I wish I could give 0 stars! Worst online shopping experience ever! It took forever to get the order here despite the fact that it says 5-7 days delivery time to UAE! Second it arrived to the post office and not to my house! Last I had to pay extra money for the post office!

Everything you read about poor customer service, ship times being much longer, sizing being wrong and poor quality is TRUE! They sent me the wrong sizes, took almost two months for the items to arrive, quality is an embarrassment.

I strongly urge people to be extremely wary before buying with this company! They have terrible customer service. I purchased products 2 weeks before Christmas with a 3-7 shipping option and got the items 2 days after Christmas. I was upset (per tracking they were stuck in China for several days) and had to make other arrangements for Christmas but at that point I understood this could happen and reached out to the company to return the items and hoped they would take it back without a problem. Long story short, it is now March and I am still emailing them about refunds. They do not have a phone number on the website to speak to an actual person but instead you get a series of automated responses that are very frustrating and frankly insulting. First they offer you some credit, then some money and some credit, then after about 5-6 emails they finally authorize a refund but you have to pay for shipping (which was $54). The worst part... I was so fed up with them and paid the shipping to get my money back and when I emailed them again their next automated email was to keep the items and they will give me a full refund! I am still beyond furious, what kind of company does this?! I am still emailing then 3 months later to refund me my shipping cost out of principle because no quality company treats customers like this. So please think twice before ordering from this company because sadly their customer service is the worst I every dealt with.

I ordered several items from PatPat both for my daughter and lots of gifts for friends' children too. It was my first time doing so and I was quite disappointed. I still think PatPat has cute clothes but the quality isn't the greatest and the sizes are absolutely terrible.
I ended up having 1 month clothes that would fit only a 3 month old baby, or 3 month old clothes that were as big as PatPat's 6 month old clothes. The sizes simply do not make sense and I ended up having clothes that my daughter may not even be able to use since the sizes were supposed to match times of the year (cold/hot weather).
Customer service is non existent. I emailed in December, waited for a month then messaged them on facebook end of January. It has been another month by now and I still haven't heard back. The least they could do would be to acknowledge and apologise for the fact they're selling clothes that do not match the sizes they advertise.
I was very disappointed and would not buy from them again, my advice is that if you do decide to purchase from PatPat, be prepared not to have the right size you're looking for and don't ever expect them to reply and solve your problem.

I really wish I had seen reviews before I made a purchase from PatPat. This is the WORST experience I've ever had with an online company. Not only did my order take a month to arrive, but I was very disappointed with the quality (clearly items from China). The pictures on the website are very deceiving. And the piece of jewelry I ordered arrived broken. By the time I was able to get in touch with the company (you have to get permission from them to even request a return), I was past the 14 day return policy. They made me jump through hoops to even start the return and tried to convince me and bribe me several times to not even do the return. I then had to send pictures of the items to them and write a written description of why I wanted to return each item. After I was finally able to get an approval for the return, I shipped it back and had to pay $12 of my own money for shipping. Over a month goes by, and still NO REFUND on my account. Then, I had to start with the email exchanges again. By now, we were up to 13 email exchanges from the beginning of this exhausting process. In the end, I had to file a dispute with PayPal and am still waiting for my money back. Almost $75.00 lost over this. Do yourself a favor and order from a reputable company! I've learned my lesson.

This is the worst company I've ever ordered from. I spent $90 on clothes. First off, the quality is horrible. Second, they sent me wrong sizes that they wouldn't even let me exchange. I ordered December 2018, it takes a month or longer for clothes to get to you. I got them January 2019. I emailed cursotmer service and they took over 2 weeks to reply to tell me there's only a 14 day return period. So they waited until AFTER the return period to even reply and they still wouldn't let me even return let alone exchange. I ordered 9-12month and they sent me a women's size large for one of them. Not even a children's size. The other stuff was 2T. Horrible customer service. My daughter wasn't able to wear anything, I ended up bringing everything to a consignment store. Save yourself the money!

Placed an order and never received it. Took well over 4 weeks to get a refund after going back and forth with their customer service team. Each time they tried to just give a credit to order again. Phone is never picked up. Stay away.

Ordered baby girl clothes online from a company that was listed as being in the USA. Found out the hard way they come from China. Quality of material and sizing is as expected... poor. Much run-around for returns, don't answer phones or emails. Took 4 weeks for delivery, way past the date of the baby shower. Advise not to purchase from this company.

Ordered clothes, received clothes. Wrong size, poor quality, want to return. 4 emails later they won't give us the address to return clothes to for a refund. Not based in the US, will not honor their return policy for a full refund. Offering us a run around trying to get us to accept store credit or to give away clothes for a discount code. I would not recommend.

I ordered on Dec 17, not expecting to receive my order til after xmas. Got a shipping notification on the 22nd. Emailed them on the 28th when tracking wasn't working still. Received my order and a reply on the 2nd. The shipping label showed a ship date of 12/28, the same day I emailed.
In their email, they said they were busy because of the holidays. That may be but ignoring my email until the package was delivered doesn't make me feel like my business was appreciated. Plus I was worried the whole time that my order was lost or stolen, since there was no tracking available and no communication from patpat.
On to the products. One of the items was a cotton dress. I bought it specifically because it was cotton. My daughter has sensitive skin. The dress I got is not cotton. Feels like polyester but the tag says cotton. She won't be wearing it
Another thing I got was socks with puffball eyes on the toes. They had strands of hot glue everywhere. The eyes were sloppily glued on and not near as cute as the picture.
Long story short, I don't plan to shop here again.

All of the items were defective and cheap. The illuminating stars doesn't have light at all even in darkest room. They are just cheap plastic stars. The clothes are not the same as the pictures. They are cheap and the buttons come off with a touch.
They also blocked my account.
Stay away from them.
All the good reviews are scam.

If anyone is thinking of ordering from PatPat, BEWARE and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. You might as well flush your money down the toilet. They are most horrible company ever! They simply will not refund my money even when repeatedly requested. I do not want to keep the Christmas items that were not delivered on time for my family's Christmas. I do not need Christmas pajamas that will not fit me daughters next year. The pajamas are the poor quality that you expect from China products. Terrible customer service! The company should be ashamed of themselves for their false advertisement and deception of NOT refunding people's money. I ordered 9 pairs of pajamas from them with express shipping to ensure I got them by christmas. I go them after Christmas because they ship from China and when the package arrived it was one pair of pajamas, 6 skirts, and some plastic legs to a Christmas tree. I have been trying unsuccessfully to get a refund. I spoke with someone who agreed to one and so far no further response. They are not responding to email or voicemail.

I ordered Christmas pajamas for my grandchildren and paid express shipping charges to ensure delivery before Christmas. They did not arrive before Christmas. I began emailing the company a few days before Christmas and received automatic email responses each time. I have asked several times for return/refund instructions, but only received an automatic response with no return instructions. I left a review, and received another automatic response offering 50% patpat credit and 20% off a future order. I also did not realize I was ordering directly from China. I should have done more research on this company before ordering from them. Buyer beware.

Pajamas were ordered because the arrival time was to be before Christmas. I've tried to follow up but after spending over 32 minutes on a looped recording and multiple messages being left on voice mail-still no response. Website & recorded message ask for email, but when I put in the email address used, it states no email registered. But the money was taken from the bank account the same night the order was placed. I thought that was illegal. I want the order cancelled and the money refunded back into my account. I don't want a generic "I'm sorry for your experience". I want the money back that was taken for product that was not delivered. I will be filing a report with the BBB and will look for other sites to let others know of this unethical company and the fradulent way potential customers are treated. Not even the decency of being able to speak with a live person.
