I ordered an item and must have accidentally hit (2). They went ahead and credited my account and did not make me return it to them. They were super helpful and their c; lothing is absolutely adorable!
Do NOT order from this company. I ordered 5 items, all size small which turned out to be too big. I wanted to return three of them. I began this crazy email process with their customer service department in which they want you to send photos of each item along with screenshots of the tags. They email back and forth with you for days, suggesting that you keep the items to re-gift someone else and never providing a solution to refund your money. This has been the most frustrating process I've ever encountered. Do NOT spend a dime with them as they obviously will not honor returns if needed despite what the website states. Crooks.
I emailed their customer support because my 20% off promo code was not working. I got in touch with a customer support representative Hazel B. A day after I sent the email. She was quick to respond and gave me another promo code with a 25% discount.
I usually don't write the reviews. This time is different though. I ordered 2 matching Mommy and daughter outfits. I had some issues with sizes, I contacted the customer service and they responded and handled the whole situation very professionally. Melvin was exceptionally helpful. The issue was resolved promptly. I had a great experience with PatPat customer service.

I bought my daughter and myself matching dresses for Easter. They where the wrong size. Patpat was so nice and did everything to fix. We have two more on the way. Great customer service. Will be buying more in the future.

I purchased a couple items and was alittle disappointed with sizing of a bathing suit and battery life in shoes so I left a review for each item. I was not expecting any response from customer service but received an email sincerely apologizing for the issue for item/s I received and wanted to resolve my issue as quickly as possible. I was very impressed that they reached out to me and were so generous with resolving!
