My experience was very nice. My ordered reach before the expected delivery date. Dresses were really cute and worth the price. And as I ordered two sizes of a dress as I was unsure about the size, the customer service when contacted was also very quick and helpful.

I absolutely love PatPat clothing for my daughter who's 11 months! I've ordered many times and will continue. When I was messaged about a collab opportunity, I was thrilled and send the email immediately. After waiting several weeks without anything, I message to inquire and was told it would take up to a couple months. It's now been well over 4 months and I've heard nothing! This makes me so sad if this is how they handle their business because I was so looking forward to it!

I am in love with cloths and stuff of my babies. I have twins and i get to have multiple dresses for them in a very good price. I have almost ordered 30 dresses until now and 8 are placed.
I would highly recommend patpat to all the cool mothers out there.

My recent order was arriving very late, at no fault to PatPat. They shipped out promptly but the package kept getting stuck in busy holiday USPS. Customer service from PatPat reached out to me because it was well past the expected delivery and offered me a refund and told me once I received the items I could still keep them. 5 stars for their customer service and I love their items.

I ordered the wrong item on Pat Pat and had to message customer support. They responded to me in less than 24 hours and resolved my problem immediately! Thank you guys for all your help.

I received an incomplete order which I know was not Patpat fault but courier company and I reached out to customer service of Patpat and they will refund me the total of the items I didn't received. I 'm satisfied with Romel's attention on this matter.
