I ordered a Few times and I always got the best experience. I got something wrong in one of the orders and I got it fix it very quickly and with excellent maners.
They cancel items though it is still available on the website. And any request is not fulfilled correctly. I requested some of the items to be cancelled and they cancelled the wrong items; and when I requested that they solve the issue since it is their fault the answer was "we can't do anything about it"
Extremely best site. I got the best quality product in reasonable prices. The delivery was so fast & the responces are very quick from Phoebe. Highly highly recommend this site.

Highly recommend this company. I ordered several items at very reasonable prices. Most items I am very happy with but one of the items was not suitable due to dubious sizing. Within hours I received a response from Ham B, who offered me several very reasonable options to deal with my issue. The issue is now resolved. Impressive.
I requested to cancel the order as it was returned due to incorrect/incompleate address. Finally I got a mail that I will get refund in 7-15 days. Thank you REYNAC for resolving the issue. Hope will get refund soon

I love the stuff. It's cheap, it did take a little bit to get an clothes was bigger then I expected. I'd say that the clothes for women was perfect don't order a size up.
I ordered a few Outfits and they were too big. Their customer service is great. Quick & appropriate response. My issue got resolved. Will shop again for the right sizes.
