I have been trying to get my items refunded for about 17 days now. I have been emailing back and forth with "customer service". The website also claims they have an easy 30 day return policy when that is not true at all. I ordered Christmas family matching pajamas and the baby pair do not fit my baby/won't fit him once the holidays roll around. They don't want to refund the other pajamas, the whole point in matching family pjs is that everyone is matching. I also ordered a top that didn't fit right and looked horrible. They try to give you a voucher to use on their site and then try to buy positive reviews. If you write a favorable review And then screenshot it and send it to them, they give you vouchers worth money to use on future purchases. If they do not refund my form of payment I will be filing a claim with my credit card company.

It's been 2 months now I have ordered and have not received my parcel yet. I ordered it for my daughter's birthday. They say it will take 15-20 days to deliver. So exactly a month ago my daughter's birthday. And I did not receive it by then. I thought that's ok. But now, it's been 2 months. Whenever I email them, they ask me to wait patiently. What does patience mean? 2 months, 6 months, or forever? I need my money back. They are not even issuing a refund. Stay away from such companies. DO NOT RELY ON THEM. They indeed spoiled my daughter's birthday.
