Favorite place to shop for baby clothes because it's affordable, the clothes are cute and good quality, and they have excellent customer service. I had an issue with my order due to my boyfriend ordering the wrong size for two of the items we ordered and April helped resolve it very professionally and quickly.

I recently attempted to order matching Christmas pyjamas for my whole family. Unfortunately, I was unable to check out all 5 items, as it stated that I had reached the daily limit (could only purchase 4 items, 50% off). I ordered 3 items, thinking that the next day I'll just order the rest of the matching pyjamas. When I attempted to order the rest of the items the next day, the sizes I needed were sold out. I e-mailed customer service, as I wanted a refund and cancel my order due to not being able to order all 5 matching pyjamas. I said that if it's too late to cancel, I'll return when I receive the items. Customer service (Angelica) e-mailed me back very quickly and said that she has canceled the order and has given me a full refund. It was too late to stop the shipment, so I am still getting the items. Angelica didn't want me to have to pay for shipping to return the items, so I am still getting the 3 items that I ordered, plus a refund! I was very pleased with the customer service!
Everything I ordered was in perfect condition and I really like the way they pack and send the items.
