I have found the customer service team to be really helpful. I have worked through a recent return with Pheobe who was able to refund my money in full without me sending the items back. I have had a response each time I contacted very promptly.

After two successful years of getting family (10-12 people) matching Christmas pajamas this year was a real disaster. The company cancelled part of the order, giving me no opportunity to cancel the whole order and then sent the rest even though i tried repeatedly to cancel the entire order. When the order arrived, i refused it at the postoffice but i was still charged and now i am fighting for the refund.
The most beautiful, gorgeous qulaity clothes, beautiful colors and great measurements. I am very happy and I love the clothes very much

La calidad y la tela de los productos es excelente. Es la primera vez que realizo compras y me gustaron mucho los artículos. Dentro de los productos que compré venían unos tenis de luces, los cuales dejaron de encender el mismo día que los uso mi niña por primera vez, a si que contacte al servicio al cliente y me atendió Rohanie de soporte técnico resolviendo de manera rápida y efectiva mi problema. Aun a pesar de de este pequeño detalle estamos contentos con los productos.

I live in the uk i ordered from patpat 2months ago and never received my order. I emailed them a voucher was eventually given however on attempting to redeem voucher only half of vocher amount given and the rest automatically taken out of my bank account? Now awaiting for my so called order to artive and will cut my losses and not use this website again. Also adviser i emailed implied i lied that i dint recieve my order however they will still give voucher. I wanted yo complain further however i dont think they fully understand. Feels frustrating.
