I ordered and clothes came timely. Very cute and affordable items. I accidentally ordered an incorrect item and Joshua helped correct the error and provided a refund to me without having to return the item.

I've received a broken product and I got an answer by Joven (employ of pat pat) in less than a day! She did all the nessecery actions to get my refund Immediately!

KARMI was an excellent customer service rep! I was prepared to send my items back because the event I needed them for had been cancelled. I would've had to pay for shipping but I didn't mind. I ordered a pair of boots for my daughter, size 22, but unfortunately I received a wrong size (too big compared to the one I ordered).
As soon as I explained the customer service the problem, asking if it was possible to send them back so to have the right size, Mr Jeffrey of the PatPat Service Team offered me a full refund of the boots' amount.
The day after my refund was on the way!

I ordered my girl sleepers, received them and weren't a good fit so i asked for a refund and return. Got my refund but was allowed to keep the sleepers anyways. Thank you meah.
What I love the most about the clothing is the quality of the fabric. It fits nice, color is vibrant and most of all, light and comfy. Worth it!
