I ordered items from patpat and decided that it was too expensive for the poor quality that I received. I tried to return with the order number from their paperwork, pictures of tags, and additional information that was asked of me. I got no response after the request and return of additional information. Now I am stuck with their low quality items that I don't want.

The clothes are really awesome and not to say much affordable. We love shopping at PatPat
The products are very nice and are always of good quality. The designs are very special and cannot be found in Europe like this.
And even during the current Covid-19 situation the order arrived on time.
Also: On order was not was not delared properly by Patpat for customs so that I had to pay a fee. But Patpat agreed to a refund.
So all in all I will order again.
