I couldn't be happier with the clothes and especially the customer service from this website! I have purchased dresses for my 5 year old daughter and maternity clothes for myself. The dresses for my daughter are now her favourite clothes and are good quality material. She gets compliments all the time. I had a sizing issue with a pair of jeans and shorts and dealt with Kristisn C over email who responded quickly and gave me a full refund. Overall I couldn't be happier!
I have had the most amazing service from APRIL G from PatPat. I mistakenly ordered 2 of the same item and they refunded me without asking for a return! I Also I received a dress which wasn't the correct fit for me, I requested for a return and they also refunded me without asking for a return which would have cost me shipping cost.
I am confident in saying I will definitely come back and order from them again. All the products I received are of super quality!
Disappointed by the company. I' ve placed my order on December 1st, it's been 23 days since and I haven't received my order. When and if I ever receive it, it will be too late and I will have no use for it as it was Christmas items I expected.

Placed order 28th November for set of family pajamas. Email comfirmation same day said 7-10 December for delivery. Today is 22nd December and my parcel is still not here and is still "In Transit". What the hell does that mean amd where is it? No replies to several emails and no status of exactly where my parcel is or when it will arrive. I will be eventually returning and requesting a full refund for these items as they are clearly not going to be here for Christmas day. Disgraceful and totally misleading company! Stay well away!
