With all the unappealing clothes for children out there today, I am so happy I found PatPat! Their clothes for children are traditional, ADORABLE, and age appropriate. I have bought many clothing items and have been delighted with my choices. In addition, PatPat customer service is wonderful. If you need to exchange an item for any reason they are so very helpful and quick to respond. I highly recommend PatPat for anyone who loves to dress children in a charming way!

Ya le e comprado de todo a mi hija aquí y las compras siempre llegan a tiempo, a excepción de una ocasión que el paquete se perdió o robaron la verdad nose qué pasó pero PATPAT pronto respondió al problema y ofrecieron enviar uno nuevo! I'm on my 3rd order from PatPat. I order about 6 to 8 items on average. And let me just tell y'all how Im super satisfied everytime I order. Literally I havent received one item from them that wasnt exactly what I wanted. These people have awesome quality outfits, amaaaaaaazing cheap prices, cute outfits from every category from maternity to newborn to matching outfits. And did I mention that they deliver your items in less than 3 weeks in these cute little packages. I love this store so much I literally am referring it to every mom friend I have lol! My son & I ALWAYS get compliments on our matching outfits.
Also the app they have is pretty dope. They give you cute little tags depending on how involved you are. And each tag/ nickname comes with some benefits Im currently cool mom and Im loving the heck outta it. Mommies, Im gonna need yall to check the app out because trust me yall won't regret it

Had a fitting problem with my order, they were really kind and quick to help me and refund me! Even though they didn't fit, the jumpsuits were amazing and seem very warm! I will order again!

The reason I came again from 1 to 5 start is because patpat respond to my issue without any issue they refunded all money even was most of the clothes small sizes they where responsible ask for prove and no question money back I buy again from them you will ask why? Because once you know to get the size that fit you for tour kids you really want to buy more cause the clothes is worth my issue was the sizes no the fabric all clothes I buy all of them where good qualities I did buy 2 size bigger this time for my kids but belive me I dont know why the bad reviews cause I was scare when it happen to me cause of the reviews but once I try I was so happy they give me more than expected I ask for some refund they give it all good store good people nice talking never answered in bad mood even i was... give it a try they worth as store, seller and people!

Customer service responded back and I've received a partial refund. Receieved the package a week or so ago and donated the Christmas gifts to a local charity.
Their items are good quality, just wish they offer alternate shipping options even with a price and let customers choose.
I placed my order 35 days ago it's 12th Jan night and I'm still waiting for the Christmas Pyjamas I ordered for my kids. Will most give or throw them away as it will not fit my growing kids next Christmas! Had to buy last min from Marks & Spencer (thank God) they were open.
Wrote to customer service to request up date no reply, sent a chaser and got standard reply to wait and then wait some more. Sucks that I just wasted my time and money hoping they have changed.
WILL NOT BE USING THIS SITE AGAIN!
Hope they spend as much money on upgrading shipping method that they do on advertising and duping EU market users

I have order 4 times from PatPat and so far I have fallen in love with it more and more. Size is little different than the average cloths I order for my kids, more on the bigger size which is perfect because when I wash them they shrink and still fit them for while. I highly recommend ordering from this site, you won't be disappointed!
