Had made an order of about 27 items and since I noticed that my package was still on hold for a few days (rather unusual from my previous experience) I decided to contact the Patpat team for clarification. I was attended to in less than 24hrs to let me know that 1 of the items were out of stock and were waiting for the supplier to refill it in. Yes it was a disappointment as I needed the package ASAP but Samuel was so pleasant and corteous in his email to reassure that the situation is under control. I waiting for another 24hrs but since the item was still out of stock again Samuel assisted me with cancelling this item and proceed with refund. Again, it was fast and really efficient. I will definitely be ordering more from Patpat as the quality is great and the service is awesome.

Awesome for toddlers I love this site! They're low priced clothes for decent quality I think the shoes are the best. Sizing is a little weird so be careful.
