I tried contacting them and have had no response, no one to chat with either. I purchased a cantilever umbrella June of 2017. I live in New England so it's stored most of the year. It has totally faded but that is not my issue. It separated from the top and now it's just trash and supposedly they have the best warranty. That is a fat lie! Do not purchase anything from them. I was a very happy client until they decided not to get involved.
I needed an umbrella for ma patio, I always like to be outside but I spent so much time that I would burn sometimes. Really glad I got this big umbrella now I can take naps outside and stay cool. Plus beers stay colder a while longer. Also thank you David for answering all my questions over the phone! 5 stars
Please do not trust this company. They do not stand by their products and what they state on their website. They purchase via eBay products that are different than depicted on their website and will not send a return label when informed of the difference. They are extremely hostile and rude on the telephone when discussing the issue. Please contact the better business bureau so that there is record of these issues. I do not believe any of their good reviews which must be fabricated.
Also the umbrellas are extremely flimsy and will not stay in place, turning in the wind. Our broke within 1 month and the shipping back is 50$ despite informing us it would be covered within the 30 days. Please do not trust this company. They seem to keep changing names.

Came here for a couple chairs to place around my pool. At first, I was just looking for something simple, but I ran across their zero gravity chairs. I must say it was worth it. Great quality and super comfortable. The mesh material doesnt get hot when out in the sun, so there is no burning or need to place a towel before sitting. Great site with a good collection of items. October of last year (2017) I contacted The Patio Depot regarding a defective 8' offset umbrella. They offered me a replacement 10' umbrella. They didn't have the 8' in stock. It's now April 24th (2018) and after several emails and phone calls. They claim that there is still no stock. It seems a little strange that a company that claims to be one of the largest patio furniture store doesn't stock this umbrella. Especially this time of year. The run around I'm getting is getting OLD. Next stop the Better Business Bureau.
Happy about my outdoor heater I got for my patio a couple months ago, definitely now more than ever since its gotten cold outside. I stay in a fifth floor apartment with a small balcony and didnt want anything too big. They had a tabletop model that was perfect for the space I needed to heat. It was easy to setup and now I can enjoy my patio even when its snowing.
