Recently bought an outdoor patio cooler from here and it works great. I went with the all in one model that has two tables and chairs that fold out from it. Im very outdoorsy and this thing is perfect for a camp out, not to mention it is very durable. It gets the most use on my deck near the grill. Its a very solid item, stellar quality.
We got our wicker sofa set yesterday and we couldn't be any happier. The quality is great and looks fantastic. Spent hours just sitting there looking at our trees and enjoying the comfort of finally having patio furniture. Highly recommended.
I am so happy with the Red offset umbrella that I bought on October of 2016. I really thought it would have faded already but I am impressed, my red umbrella is still bright and shining as ever. Just ordered an blue umbrella for my Mom. Would highly recommend it
Ordered a dining set from here and it seems to be made of durable material. The quality is better than most and for the price you cant really beat it. Not sure how their customer service is, but their shipping was fast and the quality is great.

I ordered two telescope chairs and a side table. The side table was cancelled by the manufacturer and my account was credited for the table. I placed my order on 6/28/2020, and I just followed up on the status of the two chairs on 8/3/2020. I was told the order was acknowledged by Telescope and would be shipped in two weeks. I said I wanted to cancel the order because the deck chairs would arrive AFTER the summer was over. I was told I could not cancel the order. If Telecope has only acknowledged receipt of the order and can't ship for two weeks, then why can't I cancel. They have had the order for five weeks already. This is poor customer service, and I will not recommend. I most certainly will never order anything from Patio Depot again.
I placed an order and within 15 minutes realized I had ordered the wrong thing. Tried emailing and several phone calls to cancel. Could not get any response. After over a week later they went ahead and shipped. And when I tried to return they refused to work with me. On returns they refuse to provide a shipping label and try to get you to accept a 20% refund instead of giving all your money back. I also ordered an umbrella from them. It would not lock in place and just flew around when a breeze blew. Again they wanted me to take 20% and just keep the broken umbrella. They would not give a shipping label and shipping was going to cost $68. I took the 20% to try and salvage some of my money. Terrible customer service and they don't value any customer. Do yourself a favor and buy from any company but this one. In the end I lost $300.
It get even better. After weeks of trying to get my issue resolved I wrote negative comments on this site. The company response was to refund my money if I took the negative comments off... no mention of fixing the issue of the bottom pole of the umbrella being the same diameter as the top making it impossible to connect. I send email back to "Bob, the manager" asking for pole so the umbrella is usable. Wait days, no response. Try chat with company (24/7 coverage), three attempts over a 6 hour period with no answer to my chat...(leave comments we will email you) 24 hours goes by with no response, start chat and a. Agent leaves chat in the middle of discussion, b. Same old/same old write to warranty Dept. c. send email to Bob, did that a days have gone by with no response, d. I want manager to call me... no manager there, agent leaves chat... you see why I am writing comments on this site again... stay tuned, I'm sure there's is more to come.
Bought my 10 ft. Umbrella around May 18,2017. The rope broke around July 9,2017. After over a week of contacting them by phone and e-mail I was told the following:
" Hello Dear Customer,
We have analysed the situation and we have determined that you are entitled for a replacement. You are covered for a free replacement under the warranty conditions, the only thing you need to pay is a $50 shipping fee, unless you wish to send the old item back to us at your expense.
Please call in *******150 to pay the shipping fee. By doing so you won't need to return the old one back.
Thank you for understanding"
I do not consider that a free "replacement", Not if I have to pay shipping fees...
Cheaper just to put it in the dumpster!
Never again would I purchase something from this company.
October of last year (2017) I contacted The Patio Depot regarding a defective 8' offset umbrella. They offered me a replacement 10' umbrella. They didn't have the 8' in stock. It's now April 24th (2018) and after several emails and phone calls. They claim that there is still no stock. It seems a little strange that a company that claims to be one of the largest patio furniture store doesn't stock this umbrella. Especially this time of year. The run around I'm getting is getting OLD. Next stop the Better Business Bureau.

This heater sheds a lot of heat. There are four heat settings: fan off / on with one or both elements. The highest setting is too hot after a few minutes, good for instant heat to eliminate cold. Then I have it in the lowest setting to keep the heat in the room. I would recommend to everyone.

I surprised my wife with patio dining set today. I ordered it a couple weeks ago and didnt open it to inspect it, which I usually do before giving large gifts. Anyways, I gave it to her for our anniversary. After assembly, we were set. It looks good on our back deck and it feels sturdy. I like the quality of it a lot.
I bought an outdoor rug from here. The price was about the same as my local gardening store, but the quality is much better. So glad I waited and got the one online. It shipped to my home within 3 days. Not sure, What they are doing, but they are doing it right.
