I initially ordered an umbrella on June 2nd. I sent an email on June 10th inquiring about my order and was told that it was unusual for it to have not shipped. It was shipped on June 12th. On June 27th I requested a replacement as the rope on my umbrella broke. It was resolved right away. Today the umbrella is extremely faded and its only August 6th. I even attached a photo. It's been 3 business days and I've heard nothing.
The red cantilever Umbrella looks great. I purchased it to replace the one I had bought from a local store that broke just a few months after having it. I know for sure that this will last long.

What started out as a nightmare, ended being a very pleasant experience. I placed an order for a pair of high top wicker bar stools. When my package got here the box seemed very oddly shape (it was long, skinny, and kind of flattish). Thinking I am going to have to build these wicker stools myself, I opened the boxes and pulled out the packaged items. It was an umbrella. I looked at the receipt and then at the box and saw my name and saw this was labeled as a wicker barstool. I hopped on the phone with customer service and spoke with a Michael. I told him my issue and he told me on his end it says they shipped the correct order. I offered to photograph the package and umbrella and email them a copy, but he said that wouldnt be necessary. He resent my correct order and a return box for the umbrella, along with a small discount for my troubles. I got my chairs (not in time for my party) and I am pleased with their quality. They are very durable and look nice at my counter on the deck. Trustworthy company that actually knows what customer service is.
