Its the fourth time I place an online order on this website. I am still convinced that this is one the best website out there. Highly recommended.
I bought the 11' square cantilever umbrella with high hopes. Their website says every order ships out the same day if placed before 3 EST. I place mine at 11:30 EST and after several days, I got on chat with a rep and was apologized to and was assured it would be sent out that day. I did that 3 times with basically the same response. I understand mistakes happen and I wanted to give them a chance. Finally I called, talked with a manager who assured me he personally would send it out the next day and give me a 20% refund for my troubles. I waited for 2 days and called back to cancel my order, which still hadn't been shipped and nobody knew why. Again, I got the same speech about personally sending it out and the refund, and it actually did get sent out the next day. So it took over a week for them to even ship it, it took a week to get to me and I have yet to see a refund on my card. Once I received it, the box was in terrible shape, but the umbrella and stand looked good. I really wanted to love this, but sadly, it is not easy to use. I feel like the stand is not sturdy enough for this size umbrella, and within 2 uses the plastic piece at the top is already bending. I don't see this holding up to the desert sun for long at all, and it is definitely not holding up in a breeze. The umbrella just free floats so even the slightest breeze grabs hold of it. It's not worth the cost to ship it back considering they are in Canada, almost seems like a great scam for US citizens. I will not be shopping there again. I feel like some of their products probably could have been good, but after this experience, I won't be finding out. It's interesting though that there is no place on their site to leave a product review, yet you see plenty of reviews. Also interesting is when you view the views that are pretty amazing, it says there are (insert number) and what you see are far less, so where are the rest of those reviews?
The price, quality is fantastic, easy to assemble, and the umbrella fabric has higher quality than others I have seen for that price.
The canopy is made of durable and thick material and it has an easy to use crank to open and close umbrella.
The product that I received had the features of what I had ordered for. Am very happy to deal with them again
I hardly stay at home and not possible to roam and get furniture for my home. The only option left for me was to buy online! And find the best!
