I ordered two telescope chairs and a side table. The side table was cancelled by the manufacturer and my account was credited for the table. I placed my order on 6/28/2020, and I just followed up on the status of the two chairs on 8/3/2020. I was told the order was acknowledged by Telescope and would be shipped in two weeks. I said I wanted to cancel the order because the deck chairs would arrive AFTER the summer was over. I was told I could not cancel the order. If Telecope has only acknowledged receipt of the order and can't ship for two weeks, then why can't I cancel. They have had the order for five weeks already. This is poor customer service, and I will not recommend. I most certainly will never order anything from Patio Depot again.
