So, after reading all the negative reviews, I decided to take the risk and buy the 1 day fail safe detox. I had to pass a drug test for probation, and I continued to smoke and vape oil carts. ( stupid, yes) I stopped smoking 9 days before my test. I bought two thc per tests and took one the night before my actual test, and failed. I woke up early the next day and did the detox shot and took the four pills as adviced on the box. Literally just followed the directions for the amount of water intake(I wouldn't say I drank extra water leading up to the detox) took my at home test 15 minutes before leaving for the real deal and it came out negative! I couldn't be happier. I don't know why it has so many negative reviews. Spend the extra money, it's worth it.

I bought this product thinking it was going to work. I have not smoked in two months before this and i still came back positive for thc. I followed their instructions down to the letter and even followed the food restrictions they put but still failed anyways. Im not saying it doesnt work but it didnt for me.

Ordered the Nicotine Cleanse product for $49.95 plus second day shipping for
$23.67. Received product on the second day. Opened package and found the cleansing tablets and 2 marijuana urine testers. I tried to contact the company using their *******354 number, which oh by-the-way is not their number, but a number to Veritas, which is their billing company and not their actual customer support number. I still called the 877 number and left a message explaining that I had the marijuana tester and not the nicotine tester. No reply. I then emailed them. No reply. Before I took their clenser, I checked myself with the marijuana tester and I was clean. So this tells me it is not checking for nicotine. I since have taken their cleansing pills and will take my official test 2 days from now. I wonder how a person would get their money back when you are unable to contact them? Hummm...

I have been calling sent an email requesting a call back, left my information on the contact us page and still nothing. I have placed my order and the tracking number provided is an invalid tracking number. After reading the reviews in afaird this website may be a joke. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to placing my order the feeling that is left behide due to the lack of the customer service is unexplainable I will ever again order from this site. It's horrible the disregard for their customers that I have experienced from this company!

I ordered this to pass a pre-employment screen, so it was very important to me it work. I had tried other things to no avail, so this was my last shot. I thought surely with the money back guarantee it would work. I received it the next day as promised, and was excited to do the cleanse the next day. I never received an email confirming my order, so I never received an order number (necessary for a refund). I followed the box directions to the letter, tested at 90 minutes, 2 hours, 3 hours and 4 hours - all tests were very clearly positive still. I've tried calling the phone numbers available online, but only get the option to leave a voicemail. I've left several voicemails since I ordered, and no one has called me back. This product may work for some, but definitely did not work for me even though I stopped eating the Delta 8 gummies two weeks ago.

I bought 5 day cleanse on Wednesday and selected 2nd day air shipment for which i paid 25.62 extra fro the shipment, i paid that amount for extra shipment cause i wanted to have product by Friday and start my cleansing as i have my test on Wednesday the 19th but when i see the shipment order from ups they say i will be getting my stuff on Monday which is the 17th, why you guys have different option for shipping but ship your product usually using normal shipping, if i am not getting my product by tomorrow i need my money back i will go to local store and buy something else. Plus when i tried to call customer service the lady was extremely rude and asked me to call tomorrow. Worst experience.

I was Clean for 2 weeks before ordering the 5 day detox. I followed all the steps and instructions, took every pill, ate according to the meal plan, and drank over a gallon of water and only water every day. Tested myself at home 5 days after completing the 5 day detox and still failed. I do think the 5 day detox kit may have helped to remove toxins but it clearly did not completely remove them entirely. I will say it was very easy to receive a refund, I simply emailed their refund department found on their website and explained the product did not work for me, gave them my order number and received a refund within a few days. I am going to test myself again after 30 days of being clean. If you want to speed up the process this kit may help, but I don't believe for heavy users that it will completely remove the toxins entirely after 5 to 10 days. I recommend eating healthy, intermittent fasting, drinking lots of water and only water or some cranberry juice or green tea, exercising (but not 24 hours before testing) and giving yourself 30-60 days to detox in order to completely clean out your system.

I ordered from them and used a discount code. When placing order, i tried using the code i receved. It did not work, but i completed order anyway. After letting them know, they immediately took care of discount (double what i was expecting), and thru in some extra items.

Later i found out (they investogated code) that i made the error, and discount code was for another vendor. It was my mistake from the start. Their customer support was fast, efficient and resolved issue even though it was my issue.

I had been clean for 28 days before taking the 3 day cleanse. I took test and failed. I waited another wk and took test again and failed. This product does not work! Ive been clean for over 30 days with this product and i am still not clean. The guarantee is a gimmic i have called no answer i emailed they replied back that i need to follow the instructions Dont you think i followed the instructions after almost spending a 100 dollars and a job on the line. I will let everyone know this is a scam and no they didn't refund my money.

I smoked pot at least everyday for 2 years stopped for 3 days before starting the kit It doesn't work followed the instructions on the paper that they give you step by step. Literally only ate saled with balsamic dressing which they recommended for 6 days straight i mean i followed it to the T not an easy task for the permanent nutracleanse i call the company and then they point you to the Terms & policy that states plenty of reasons why you will not get your money back kept giving me the run around I sent them documents and everything scam for sure all these other people talking about they work they work it's probably the actually company saying that they work do not waste ur money

Nutra cleanse did not work for me! I bought the 10 day cleanse and followed diet to a T and did not touch any THC for 30 days and still test positive! I lost about 5 lbs is the only good thing that came out of the big money I spent on this product, but that is not what I wanted! Save your money! I even slept on clean sheets every day and like I said, followed the direction and followed the diet... All I did was sit on the toilet with the squirts for the miserable 10 day program! Now I had to follow ridiculous instructions for my refund! SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I am a heavy guy 6' 295lbs. And a RSO user(2 rice grains a night) for years. I applied for a new job and they said I needed a drug test. The time limit was 48 hours. Ok so here is my story I am a havey duty weed smoker for the last 18 years. And I got into some troubles with courthouse. So my P. O calld me to have a Drug test in order to be allowed to do some community services. I hed 2 weeks notice so i quit smoking immediately. For 13 days. In addition i have orderd the fail safe kit which should get my clean at the same day. I did everything at the test day as mentioned + stop smoking for real... and it didn't workout for me I've been waisted lots of money on the product + custom fees. I'm so disappointed. Very bud product. Ripoff for sure..
