I would consider myself a light-to-moderate partaker of THC products, particularly since only Delta-8/9/10 products are legal in my state. I did partake of the "real thing" while visiting CA the week before my test, though, so I went for the "extreme exposure" emergency "fail safe" kit that allegedly produces a negative test on the same day. Today is Monday. I haven't had a lick of THC (the only "drug" I use) since Thursday. I've drunk a fair amount of water and cranberry juice since then, and this morning I followed the instructions exactly, including the "cleansing shot," the 16 (!) pills taken four at a time 10 minutes apart, and the roughly 50 ounces of water required. Approximately three hours after completing the "fail safe" regimen, I failed my home test and then proceeded to fail the pre-employment drug test all of this was for (by testing positive for THC). I don't know what this means for the job, but I do know I should have known better than to believe in this "miracle rescue" product. I'm an older (46), overweight woman with $#*!ty metabolism, so someone else might have a better result, but I feel like I wasted nearly $100 and had a miserable morning for nothing.

I ordered the fail-safe 1 day detox and it failed, I followed the instructions like it said.
I took 4 test after that and failed every one of them. This product is a rip-off.

Ordered 10 day kit for over night delivery. Didn't get the package, and received an unsolicited email that my order was delayed. When I asked that they refund my overnight shipping they said, "No, it's not our fault." I canceled the order but time was of the essence so I immediately placed an order with another company. Later, I saw two emails within less than an hour of each other. The first one said, "Our mistake, looks like your order will be delivered but for us to get paid, you have to order again bc we issued you a refund." Very soon after was an email saying, "Good news, we undid your refund." Problem is, I had already ordered from another company! When I said this, the customer service person said I didn't place a separate order, and accused me of trying to steal product from them. Even after I sent them an email confirmation of the other product I ordered, the customer service person insisted I was trying to scam them. Keep in mind, they are the ones that contacted me about this first! The person said I didn't respond to their email (in 45 mins mind you) so I could get free product. When I finally said I don't want your product, I'll return it, they sent me standard return instructions which of course don't refund the $68 I paid for shipping and also charge a restocking fee. The other product i ordered handles returns the same way so now im stuck with product I dont need and best case, can return minus about $80. All of this was because of them. All I wanted was my product delivered on time and they acted like I was a criminal. Absolutely terrible. Don't ever buy from these guys. Might even be a scam. I'm not sure.

Absolutely horrible company to work with. Just read the reviews! I had to give 1 star to complete review, but would give them -0- based on my interaction with them as well as the product. Customer service agent was unbelievably rude, and insulting so much so that I am taking my time to write a review on them. I can't believe they have people working for them that are this terrible to their customers. I purchased the "Fail Safe" kit and I received what appeared to be 2 separate products with no instructions in the box. I preceded to follow the instructions exactly as described on the box of 1 of the products and it did not work. I sent an email 10 days after I received it (within the 30 day time frame) which it states on the website that you can request a refund. The customer service agent was so rude & insulting. Told me that I must not know how to read directions, and I quote, "The failsafe kit as advertised is a combination product. It is two product that can be used individually or combined into a single use product for maximum potency. Ignore the box instructions. The box instructions are for individual product use". Ignore the box instructions? I'm sorry, why would a product be shipped to someone without the correct instructions? I did in fact follow the instructions for 1 of the products, and it did NOT work. That alone as well as being within the 30 days should be enough for a refund, but this customer service agent, was so difficult and fought me over 6 or 7 emails refusing to put me in touch with a supervisor and continued to be insulting and rude in their responses. Another email from this person, "The website says "It's important you do your part to reach your personal cleansing goals by closely following the product directions and detox guide included with each order. If you used our product properly…"Apparently you didn't read that part either"

It is really unbelievable that they are representing this company and responding in this way. I have never experienced this kind of customer service ever...just awful. Please beware of this company and product. They only have 2 positive reviews on their website which is also a red flag. I am so mad at myself for buying this product.

I purchased the five day Nutra cleanse product and it did not work.
I followed the instructions as stated. On the sixth day, October 14th, I used the first THC test provided. It showed I was still positive. A week later, on October 21st, I tested positive using the second test provided.I have not used any THC since October 1st, and was not a heavy user. Next week I will begin a new job, not sure if they will test me. I should have tried another product. I feel ripped off and want others to know about my experience.

Think this product should be taken off the market.

So this company is trash, they completely lied about their shipping policy and also they want to charge you a restock fee.
I ordered on Thursday with 3 day select to have my product in time and the shipping info I received shows it arriving 3 days after my test. Even thoough their site claims all orders before 6pm are shipped that same day which is not true. They claim 3 day select on Thursday orders come the following Tuesday yet my order is scheduled for the following friday.

This site is a total scam! You should read the refund and contact emails this company sent me. None of their products work! I followed instructions exactly and they said I must have done it wrong. I'll post the full email thread if I can. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

Have not smoked for 6 weeks/40+ days. Followed all directions. Drank ample amount of water and cranberry juice daily.
After you purchase the product thinking it's 5 day PERMANENT cleanse you will find in small writing it can take up to 8 days.
The final 8 cleansing pills also do not work so I hope no one sets up an actual test date thinking they'll pass. Waste of time and money.
Then the "coach" will tell you if you burn any fat the toxins will appear in your bloodstream and cause a positive test. Basically admitting this is a temporary solution and not permanent like advertised.

The customer service will talk to you condescending like and try to make you feel stupid every chance they get.

Horrible company. Did the 10-day cleanse, followed it to a T, did 2 day pre-cleanse, 3 day post cleanse, followed the nasty diet and drown myself in cranberry juice and green tea daily. Signed up for coaching and they never reached out, called the guy after the last fail and he was insanely rude, called me a $#*!. Requesting a refund - highly doubt I'll get it.

UPDATE: passyourtest.com DID provide a full refund. Grateful for that.

I smoke weed. I needed the cleanse for a pre employment drug screen. I had 6 days. So I paid for the product and an additional $30 for 3 day expedited shipping. It just never came. They refunded me but that didn't really help me now did it? I didn't get the iob. Thanks guys! Glad I put my trust in you!

Stopped smoking medical marijuana for over 30 days. Been drinking water, vitamin infusion and Certo detox including this product. The at home tests are all positive. This product does not work at all.

I'm 275 bigger guy I had 30 days to pass my test I followed the directions and still did not pass my test I was a heavy smoker and that's why I bought the most expensive one. Money back would be great

I purchased the 5 day heavy toxin kit and used as directed but the product didn't work for me 100 percent. I'm sure it helped on some level but I was still testing positive for THC.
I followed the instructions on their website for getting a refund because the kit was quite costly and they were great about returning my money and only asked a few questions to help improve their product.

Doesn't work at all. No use for 35+ days before using the product. Followed instructions and diet to a T. Still failing home tests. Save your money...doesn't work at all!

I followed all the guidelines precisely, spoke with the "coach", still failed. Would give ZERO stars. I actually believe this to be 100% a scam! Save your money!

Three years ago, I would have given this company an A+. Not sure if they changed their formula or what, but in the last month I have tried the 5 day detox as well as the Clean Shot with cleansing tablets and I am still testing positive. I followed the directions and dietary restrictions exactly and stopped smoking 2 weeks before staring the detox.
When I emailed them for a refund, I was questioned like I'm trying to scam them and have never heard back regarding the 100% guarantee satisfaction or your money back.
In conclusion, don't waste your money.

We purchased three of the kits because let me tell you the advertising is on point. The product itself just doesn't work. I took 8 tests and my wife took the other and failed 7 times in a row and she is not a daily smoker by any stretch. Every site I have been to there is at least a 60% complaint to impress rating. So, at the least 60% of folks are failing this sure-fire fail safe program. I should not have to haggle for all three of my kits to be refunded but I am here to tell you when a company gets revealed like this they find new ways to keep pushing snake oil by getting creative in offering no money back. Final thought: If you are a human between the ages of 18 and one million you will not pass your test this way. Those that have are in the absolute minority... I guess we are all unicorns over here that simply cannot pass their screening.

Today is day 6, I completed the pre cleanse tabs, took all 30 A. M tabs and the 30 P.M. tabs with the recommended water/cranberry/green tea amounts and more. I have been holding myself to the recommended diet set forth in the 13 page digital guide. I have had absolutely no salt, sugar. I have had no bread, dairy, fried foods. Only have had lean meats no fat and salad with fresh veggies steamed. This has been the hardest thing for me to do diet wise. I have reached out to their customer service number and emailed. Left voice messages and yet to receive a single response! I was without toxins for 25 days before ordering this product and followed this program to the letter and I failed my test this morning of day 6! If you like wasting money by all means here is your chance. Shame on passyourtest.com for not following your word for 24/7 support and or selling a bogus product! I expect a full refund including the next day air shipping charges!
