1 star because the Fail Safe Kit doesn't work as advertised.
+1 star because customer service communicated and refunded quickly.

For context: I am a woman weighing 135lbs at 5'7" tall (62kg and 170cm). I have a BMI of 18. I was a heavy smoker (every day, multiple times a day). I smoke wax, so the THC content is between 60% to 80%, depending on the strain. I bought the Fail Safe Kit because it advertises same-day cleanse for heavy to extreme daily exposure.

I placed the order on Thursday night and paid extra to have the product by Saturday. My drug test was Monday morning. I received the Fail Safe Kit, but I never got the Fail Safe Detox Guide. Because it's a digital download, I should have received it when I placed my order, but I didn't. I tried to follow up by phone, but they were closed on Saturday, so I sent an email.

Without the Detox Guide, I followed the instructions on their website because other reviewers have said the box instructions are wrong. I stopped smoking 72 hours before. In the three days leading up to my test on Monday, I drank over 100oz of water, drank 64 fl oz. Of 100% cranberry juice, and ate only chicken and spinach every day. I did not work out.

I bought three at-home FDA-approved drug kits from Walgreens. On the morning of my test, I woke up at 4:00 am to start the cleanse. After the cleanse and a few bathroom trips, I tested my urine at home with two tests; both returned positive for THC. I had no choice but to visit the clinic anyway. I used the last at-home test inside the clinic and it also returned positive. I couldn't risk a positive result, so I sabotaged my drug test by adding warm water, hoping for an inconclusive result.

They replied to my email at 7:00 am on Monday morning - an hour after they open - and sent the PDF guide. After my test, I replied at 8:00 am to explain my situation: a partially late order, positive drug tests at home, and a failed official drug test. They replied within an hour to confirm I was refunded for my entire order, including shipping.

Customer service is great. They reply quickly and resolved my problem with the product in a timely manner. Unfortunately, this doesn't change the fact that PassYourTest.com sells a product that doesn't work as advertised, putting others who rely on it at risk of failing their tests.

So, idk what is wrong with this company, why they do the things they do, and are so rude about it, but they are. Do I know if it works? No. I probably won't be able to conclusively answer that, as I will NEVER do business with them again. Let me explain the myriad of issues I have gone through with this ridiculous "company."

1.) They fought me about shipping money when the shipper did not complete shipping as required. It took multiple emails and dealing within both sides (first ups, then arguing with their terrible cs) for something they simply had to refund and file a claim for. They did not lose money. They did not even need to fight me. Seems like they are money starving if they are so petty. This does explain the lack of people getting refunds for non working product. Keep reading, you can get your money back! They begrudgingly returned the shipping. Of which they would get back.

2.) They do not follow fda regulatory standards, and expect you to buy "oh we fill it by weight, so it will still work." I had a package come, late, and I decided to keep the product on the shelf, as it was too late for what I needed it for by the time it finally showed up. I didn't know until later that the pre cleanse was short a pill. I contacted them the next morning while they were open, and even sent in a photo. They responded with "we left the warehouse know, thanks. We full it by weight, it will still work." So, idk about you, but I don't weigh my vitamins. I also know that does not meet FDA regulatory standards nor FTC regulatory standards for labeling and advertising. Once these have happened it is an issue. This also raises the issue if all the vitamins are improperly weighted, and therefore the nutritional standard is off. It also bodes poorly for the effectiveness of the detox program. This may be why many don't work. I dared to ask for my money back (as they did the right thing eventually about the shipping). I shouldn't have bothered.

3.) Their customer service was RUDE AND ABUSIVE. They used sexism, ageism, (you start getting ma'am to imply you are an old cranky woman, which is ageism and sexism and good cs knows that's a bad term) and constant excuses for their faulty product as well as their printed 100% satisfaction guarantee. Because apparently I'm the bad guy for them screwing up. So when I then sent them the regulatory guidelines, they called me a potential liar about the pills, despite them admitting it was a known issue, and they were just taking my word for it. I let them know I opened the pills in front of another person, who could testify to my honesty. They said to send the product back, at my expense, and then they would refund me. No. If I pay for the shipping, it's no longer a 100% satisfaction or your money back guarantee. For them not following the laws. If they had offered to pay for the return shipping, I would have returned all products as requested. I do hold people to their word though, especially if it's in print, and I have ss. I told them I would not pay for shipping for this reason. 100% means 100%, not 90% to foot the cost to send it back. They trick a lot of people with this from these reviews I see, like restocking fees. I did not say I wouldn't ship them, but that I wouldn't pay for it. They kept saying to send them back at my expense. Then I said fine, I'll finish the product, and maybe you'll get to keep the $$, but my guess is it won't work and you will have to refund. They told me no, send it back. Because they also know it won't work, and throwing the product in the garbage (as they would have to if they follow any laws) is worth me paying for. I reminded them not at my expense, and that if it worked they could keep the money. They said to send it back again, and refused to communicate further. So I called the bank. They agreed the company cannot break the law, and returned my money. If you find that the company is jerking you around, call your bank. You'll get the money back due to their own printed guarantee, and if they didn't follow the laws, no one will argue except them. With the way they talk, if it went to court the consumer would always win here. It wouldn't be worth the time.

I've never been treated so badly by customer service anywhere in my entire life, because they are cheap, and I'm guessing by the response, they have a bad product. They even said for their horrific behavior they gave me good cs. No. I've worked in cs over ten years. If I talked to someone like that, I'd be fired. I'm guessing it's the owner of the company, because otherwise they would need to value their job more. I also feel the person I spoke to just have some sort of drug problem to think that behavior is professional. I don't mean pot, but maybe meth. All in all, I'm glad I got my money back and away. Don't let them screw you. Try to work with them, take ss of the guarantee and how many times it occurs, and if necessary, call the bank and get out of business with them. They have many competitors. You don't need to do business with them. You can be the one to cut communication with your $$.

I feel I can definitely say it does not work. I was clean 72 hours prior to starting. It does not make it release any faster. I'll prolly be below 50 by day 21. Probably. Will update one more time with the clean shot on test day with final test, but still expecting a positive with how bad the products are.

- I started the cleanse at 201 lbs and 13.2% body fat. I had a high activity level, lifting 3-4 days/week and 1-2 of cardio. I had a daily exposure to high grade toxins (2-3 bowls/day).
- By the end of the cleanse, I was 187 lbs and 11.8% body fat.
- I stopped toxin exposure 48 hours prior to NutraCleanse 10 Day Program (but wasn't following a strict diet yet), completed the 10-day Program, and used the Clean Shot on test day (36 hours after completing the cleanse). I used about 40 *******@Home drug tests throughout the process to gauge my progress, which I recommend to anyone else completing a cleanse.
- I had no issues passing on test day since my at home tests were as dark as could be, and I was able to see faint lines starting around day 4 of the cleanse. From days 5-9 the lines were very faint and only visible if I was extremely hydrated, catching my sample at mid-stream. This is super important to anyone commenting that they weren't able to pass, because my hydration level was the single biggest contributor to whether I passed the at home tests. When I woke up on test day, I was getting a pretty solid test line, but it was still dependent on how hydrated I was. Since I wanted to be absolutely sure, I also took the clean shot. - In trying to keep my review as objective as possible, I don't want to speculate exactly what helped and what didn't, but below is the process I followed in order to achieve my results:
Changed workouts to focus on H. I. I. T workouts, typically at least 1 hour per day. In cases when I was especially stressed, I found it helpful to do 45-60 min in the AM and another 20-30 in the PM. My theory was HIIT helps to burn the highest level of fat (where THC toxins are stored) while also not wearing down muscles too much requiring more rest (when I lift I need more rest). On rest days I still made sure to go on walks and get my blood moving. I didn't not workout on test day.
Followed the diet and then some. Reduced almost all carbs, sodium, and fat (even the healthy fat). I ate a lot of salads with chicken, using vegan dressing. If I needed something tasty, I would buy a nice lean stake and a ton of broccoli. When I was craving a desert, I would mix hot water, lemon slices, and 100% cranberry juice which would suffice.
Fluids: I drank at least 200 oz of filtered water per day. I may have needed more water due to the intense workouts. I also drank 4-5 cups of green tea throughout the day. After getting used to 100% cranberry juice I was able to drink more, but would only average 10-15 oz per day.
I utilized hot and cold therapy. Would workout in extra clothes, being sure to sweat a lot. I took 2 icebaths throughout the program, which I feel is good for the metabolism and lymphatic system. In all of my showers I would fluctuate between hot water for 1-2 min, followed by the coldest water for 1-2 minutes, and alternate 2-3 times (finishing on cold).

At the end of the day, I have no doubt that their products help expedite the process, but you can't just sit on the couch taking these pills hoping for the best. If anything, I suggest using a combination of a permanent detox kit to reduce your toxin levels as well as a same day cleanse (dilution) to pass the test.

Most of the bad reviews talk about multiday cleansers which I would never use. I just need to be clean for a few hours not forever so if your just looking to pass a drug test I wouldn't waste your time or money with a multi day cleanser. Just do the same day, stop smoking as soon as you can, drink water, work out, and most importantly follow the freakin directions... Bottom line it was delivered in 24 hours just like advertised, it allowed me to pass a 10 panel test down to 15/ng, and after words I was peeing dirty again. I hope this helps people and hopefully after reading this your can sleep well at night until you get your results.

I should have listened to the reviews but took a chance on this product and lost. Followed the instructions exactly including the shampoo hair cleansing product. As it turns out, they wont refund the hair cleansing product as they claim it isn't their product but this is stated nowhere on the website.
