BAIT AND SWITCH - AVOID.
September 23, 2020

I placed an order over a week ago for one Jet-Ski hood and a couple decals. Because of the cost, it qualified for free shipping. They contacted me yesterday and told me it would be $153 EXTRA because of the size. I asked them to check with another company because I know the size of the part, and there's no way it would cost even half that amount. The basically did nothing, and just said they have to charge $153 extra or cancel my order. Will never do business with them again. They advertise the lowest price to get the order, then a week later try to squeeze more money out of me. No thanks. Ordered the same parts elsewhere for a few bucks more without paying the $153 extra.

Unfortunately, sometimes there are parts that are too big for regular shipping and therefore we have to ship them using special oversized shipping tactics. We wish we could tell you before you order but we do not have the weight and dimensions until we get ready to ship the item. Correct parts for honda talon

Ordering parts was easy. Lower price than others. OEM For my talon 1000r.
Had try from other places and got wrong parts twice. Partzilla had it right first time.
Very satisfied, will definitely keep buying from them. 👍

I usually can easily find the parts we need fairly quick, and receive them within a couple of days. If a part is not in stock, I am kept informed of the status, and expected time of it being shipped & delivered.

Perfect Parts, Perfect Service!

I had an excellent experience with Partzilla! I needed a carburetor and gaskets for my Yamaha inverter generator, and wasn't entirely sure which ones to get. A representative there was incredibly helpful and patient, working with me to find the exact parts I needed. The parts arrived quickly and were packaged very securely. Overall, it was a great experience - I highly recommend Partzilla!

Ordered a part that, according to their website, appeared to be on-hand so I purchased it. A few days later, received an email that there was a delay of a few days. Okay, I can deal with it. The new shipping day comes and goes. Nothing. I contact Partzilla. They don't have the part and don't know when it will come in. Well that would have been good to know before ordering, right? I ordered the merchandise February 24, now they tell me the part won't be available to ship until March 25. Now that really would have been good to know before ordering. I told them to cancel it but get no response from customer service. They suck big time.

Excellent customer service

Ended up with an incorrect part, and Partzilla owned the mistake and went good on everything. Had the replacement part in 2 days and they paid return shipping on the incorrect part. Excellent customer service! Will continue to do business with these folks!

Run, not worth the issues

Ordered, 2k worth of parts during order process 90% of the parts said in stock ship in 2-3 days, paid for extra shipping that was supposed to ship as parts came in if any unavailable, First shipment was three small parts, two weeks later I check the site it says 90% of parts are in stock still no shipping. Call they tell me they wont ship till all parts are in estimate end of November, when I stressed my concern lady says she will cancel order, I reply I just want the parts with the special shipping I paid for, she says she understands and will have them shipped next day, still nothing, seriously not worth it if you expect to get your parts in any realistic time frame. I have a trip that I needed these parts it was 6 weeks from order date will have to cancel trip unless I can source locally. Checked site again before writing this 90% parts all show in stock.

They do alright

Shipping is not the problem, things take a bit long to pull from the warehouse, especially for varied orders.

Still have the good parts that we need, send me the right parts.

I order most of the oe parts for my shop thru these dudes.

I've used the site twice now, smalls and recently total rear-end for my 1999 Honda Foreman 450 ES. Much better price then my local Honda shop.

I buy parts from these guys all the time i own a repair shop in SF and they have been pretty good about sending items now the prices are all the lowest around and the shipping is free if over $150 so it makes it pretty budget friendly

Dealer could not get part and give ETA
May 18, 2024

Dealer kept saying part was in back order with no ETA. After 2wks I went to partzilla and had it drop shipped. Partzilla had 8 in stock. Don't know what the dealer orders from but I had the part there within 2 days and my boat back a day after that.

In stock and ready to ship is the only reason I went with these guys. Part still hasn't shipped a week later. Bike still in pieces waiting. Partzilla Customer service told me I only paid for regular shipping and that I would have had to pay expedited if I really wanted it to me in what for others companies is a normal amount of time. I order a lot of parts but tried these guys for the first and last time.

Little good lot bad

I own an ATV business. Partzilla has a wide verity of parts which is good. Now the bad! Poor customer service almost everytime I call. Shipping rates and times are deceiving. They say 2 day shipping or you can expidite for more money. However if you order today at noon won't ship till next day which ends up being 3 days. Website may show item in stock so should arrive in two days but after you order you find out website was incorrect so part is 3-5 days to get to their warehouse then another 2 days to get to you. Partzilla will not split an order so you can go ahead and get what's in stock to keep working with out paying a $5 fee. Free shipping on items over $150 where others are at $75 for free shipping. Change some of these issues and will be great place.

Long story short one little part got delayed so they delay the whole order there are hidden fees they dont tell you about to do partial shipping. Stay away from this place just canceled my order lets see how the return of my money goes.

We understand how frustrating it must be to have your parts delayed just because one of them isn't ready, which is why we have a solution: Split Shipping! Whether you pay for your shipping at checkout, or your order ships for free (Our shipping is free for orders $149-plus), it’s standard practice for OEM part dealers to ship your entire order in one shipment. This means, that if you order some parts that are in stock and some parts that are out of stock, the out of stock parts that need to be requested from the manufacturer can hold up your entire order. To get your in-stock parts right away, you can call customer service and request split shipping for your order. There is an additional fee for split shipping, but it’s cheaper than placing two separate orders and it will ensure you get your in-stock parts right away. We hope this helps and you give us another chance.

The site will tell you ships in 2-3 days but the dates change and keeps getting pushed back You sit on chat over over an hour to get nowhere or they say its shipping today, just for you to check later that day and back to "closed for an emergency". Always something in the last month. Pay for expedited shipping to try to get stuff here quicker. Seems customer service used to be top notch and in last 3-4 months, horrible/non existent. I will hope its better with their "new facility". Otherwise I will have to take my business elsewhere and we are a shop so we spend ALOT of money with them. Time to start seeking out other distributors I guess.

Typical Partzilla story: Ordered part with promise that it would ship in a few days and received no updates after two weeks. I had to call up the company to get a customer service rep to email me an invoice with the ACTUAL information for my order and was hung up on (in the middle of asking a question) immediately after confirming that I'd received the email.

All in all, they're uncommunicative, horribly disorganized, rude, unreliable and I feel like an idiot for ever giving them a chance. This is one company that truly deserves to fail.

Super fast turnaround

I needed a UTV ball joint quickly. I ordered from Partzilla because I trust their quality over what is being sold cheaply on Amazon. Part was shipped in under 12 hours and arrived in plenty of time for me to get the UTV rolling again!

Won't order from again

Same complaint as many others. Don't waste your money on expedited shipping. It won't get to you any sooner than later than promised. Also, they say when you add item to cart it will tell you availability of part. B. S. It says in stock, then 3 days later you find out it wasn't. So nothing has shipped. After 3 orders, and same crap each order, I am done with partzilla.

When a part says "Ships in 1-2 days", what that really means is that we will receive the part soon from the manufacturers and we will ship it as fast as we can. We have no way of knowing how fast a part we don't have in stock will arrive so that is only an estimate. We hope you give us another chance.

Restoring a 82 Honda Gold Wing Standard, and going thru it front to back and top to bottom. From brakes to hoses, timing belts to the fuel tank. I have found that Partzilla is my first stop to go to. Overall the prices are the best, Ok maybe one or two might be 25 cents higher but the shipping charges and the money you save on all the other parts you order, and the time in shipping is the best I have found. There will be that one they do not carry, and you might find it else where on ONE site and have to pay thru the nose but shop here first, save the extra money, fast shipping, and never had one problem. And not had to bend over once.
