I needed some parts for our ATV and I came across of this part store. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable, knew exactly what I need (even though I was able only to describe him the parts) and fast. An another company almost sold me a whole ATV. Shipment arrived in time, I would say earlier then I expected it and they were the parts that we wanted.
I would highly recommend them.
This was just a big hassle and I rather have paid retail price for the part then to deal with this company. Box was damaged hence the tire carrier that I ordered was damaged to the extend that it was bent and not useable. Every time I called support I got a different story and finally gave up after 3 weeks of trying to get a replacement and requested a full refund. They would not send out a replacement until I sent the damaged one back even after I explained to them that the original box is so damaged that parts were falling out of the box when I moved it. Of course they left that information out during my prior calls when I was attempting to get this resolved.
Placed order on 5/1, all parts showing in stock. Email said will ship on 5/7. No shipping info after that and it did not ship. Sent two emails with no reply. When you finally speak to someone on 5/12 its magically in the shipping process and will be shipped in a few days..

They corrected an incorrect part number I was going to order, send me schematics via text, the overnight shipped my parts and received them the next morning. Can't get any better than that. Best experience with a company this far!
Worked like it was supposed to. Shipped and received in a timely manner. The only thing that might have been better is if you offer a gasket to go with it or a message stating you might need a gasket. Other wise no complaints.

Once I called and got the newly updated part number I received it just fine. Website needs updated bad. Popular parts are always showing unavailable because they have a new part number from BRP. If I hadn't called to ask I would've just assumed you didn't have it.

This company lies to get your business. The part ordered showed in stock and ships next business day. I placed the order and checked on it next business day. It was pushed back 3 days. This happened repeatedly until I finally had to cancel the order and get from the dealer myself. All they did was push me back 2 weeks longer by saying the part was in stock. I called multiple times and asked them to correct the issue at least on that part and they never did. Still shows in stock right now.

This is the go-to site for my toys. I love the fact that they list every possible model number for a year and make. The parts diagrams are invaluable and broken up into easily understandable groupings. Another thing I think is great is that when you pull up a part for your machine, it shows you all other make, model and years that the same part will fit.

Slowest picking and ordering I've ever encountered. Will never order from partzilla again after taking 2 weeks to pick and ship my simple order of a water pump seal. I had the 2 day shipping refunded after it took 2 days to prepare the order. I placed the order on 9-1 and it said available, it is now 9-17 and I still don't have the seals! I will never use this company again and will tell everyone I know how horrible my experience was.
Our records indicate that the parts ordered were not in stock when the order was placed. This is notated on the part page, and again at checkout. Unfortunately there is no way currently to link our system to the manufacturer, therefore, all ETAs displayed are best estimates, based on average time it takes for parts to arrive to our distribution center. Once we place the order with the manufacturer and receive updates, we send those out via email. Your order is expected to deliver today (9/18).

I ordered a total of four parts. The first two were attached to the actual tracking number. After those parts were delivered my tracking was no longer active. I received one more of the 4 parts I ordered while writing this, that leaves one part unaccounted for and I have no idea where it's at in it's shipping process. Other then that the prices are very fair and they have very good selection of parts. I would order again in the future.

They don't tell you when you buy but they use UPS which is by far the worst shipping company. My part was supposed to already be here but it's lost & when I asked for a refund I was told to just keep waiting. Now I have to go through my card to get a refund. I restored two motorcycles in the last two years and Partzilla was there every step of the way. They had almost every part for two early 80's Japanese cycles that needed major work. They were a joy to work with and the only thing I can think of to complain was the just enough to be annoying shipping charge tacked onto each order, there was no free shipping option.
