If I need something fast and they have it in stock, they are my go to. I have been a customer for over 30 years.

Same complaint as many others. Don't waste your money on expedited shipping. It won't get to you any sooner than later than promised. Also, they say when you add item to cart it will tell you availability of part. B. S. It says in stock, then 3 days later you find out it wasn't. So nothing has shipped. After 3 orders, and same crap each order, I am done with partzilla.

Hi Kris,
We are very sorry for any miscommunication between us. When a part says "Ships in 1-2 days", what that really means is that we will receive the part soon from the manufacturers and we will ship it as fast as we can. We have no way of knowing how fast a part we don't have in stock will arrive so that is only an estimate. We hope you give us another chance.
