When you service 100 people and 1 has a negative experience he wants to tell the world, the other 99 just go about their lives. I'm sure the others with complaints are sincere, but their experiences were completely opposite of my experience. I ordered a complete seat assembly for a 2014 Honda CB1100. I've always had good luck buying parts for my fleet of 1999 Yamaha snowmobiles. This season was no different. Partzilla has very fair pricing and prompt shipping to get parts to me quickly so I can get my sleds back on the trail!
I had ordered several parts and a drive chain for a motorcycle and when they showed up there was no master link for chain. I replied in a survey that i was disappointed there was no link. I thought that would be the end of it but i received a phone call from a customer service rep who saw my comment and he offered to send me a master link. I was surprised and grateful. I didnt think anyone ever followed up on those reviews. Way to go Partzilla!
I ordered one control arm for my Yamaha Raptor. The order was placed on 06/16/2022. It shows that the part became available on 06/21/2022. It is now 06/27/2022, and my part has still not shipped. I just spent 1.5 hours on hold trying to reach their customer service. The call got dropped, so I tried to call back. Their customer service line says that they had to shut down their phone line due to a high volume of callers. Its 2PM. This site blows chunks, its been over a week and my part hasn't left their warehouse. Their site quoted 1-2 day shipping. Do not order from them if need your part in a timely manor. 0/10 I wouldn't recommend this site to my worst enemy.

One minute after having g placed my order I realized that I needed a quantity of 2 items not 1, I called right away and spoke with a representative. She said she could not modify the order and it went to shipping, 2 days later I received a message that my order shipped... I would have expected that an order could be modified minutes after it was placed.

I sent an email to adjust my order and they emailed me back the same day, which is very rare when shopping online. When I changed my mind last minute I called their office and they fixed it right away and promised to ship the parts that day. I have ordered from them in the past and the shipping was prompt and prices were competitive.
I ordered 2 small parts 2 weeks ago due to their statement that they shipped within 24 hours. 1 week later I got the package and one part was missing. I immediately called them and they said they would expedite the order and I should get it in a couple of days. Partzilla has a good selection and good prices. However, I have on several occasions been very disappointed that an item labeled "in stock" is actually not. Also, items that are in stock are often held hostage to those that aren't when on the same order. I understand trying to keep costs down but just updating the shipping estimates on the public side of the site would alleviate this.

Regarding the hold up of orders, we highly recommend splitting up your order so you can receive the parts that are ready first. That can be done through a simple call to our amazing customer service team who can get that settled immediately. Regarding the in-stock issue, as a rule of thumb whenever a part says that it is "In Stock" we have it on hand and will ship it immediately. Whenever a part will "Ships in 1-2 days" or "Ships in 1-4 days", that is our estimate of how long it will take the manufacturer to deliver the part to us. Sometimes parts take longer when the manufacturer is late or there is a hold up in the order. I ordered a fuel pump online, paid nearly $200 for the pump for it to be received not in working order. When I contacted Customer Service I was told I can only exchange the part for the same item. The agent was rude and borderline yelled at me when I told him that online no where does it say I cannot get a refund for my part. How do you sell parts that are defective (they don't work) then not offer a refund to your customers? I'm a VERY dissatisfied customer.

Similar experience as a lot of the reviews on here. I ordered my parts. The site showed that they were in stock. 2 days later I got an email telling me they were on backorder with no ETA. I waited a few weeks before calling customer service. When I finally called they told me that it was likely that my part had been picked but not shipped yet and blamed it on the fact that it was coming from Japan. When I asked if that meant my part must be shipping soon, he said yes. Now several more weeks have passed and no update. I ordered this part on March 20 and today is May 24th.

They beat everyone's prices but next time I'll pay an extra 10 bucks to get my parts delivered on time from their competitor. Bad experience talking with one of their customer service folks as well when I called in wondering where my parts were, then lied when they said parts were shipped and would arrive in two days. We never try to mislead or misinform our customers. Our goal is to deliver your parts as fast as we possibly can at the lowest price. When a part is in stock, it says on the product page IN STOCK and will be shipped immediately. There are certain times when we don't have the part in stock and we have to wait for the manufacturer to deliver us the part. Whenever that happens, the part page says "Ships in 1-2 days" or "Ships in 2-3 days." Since we don't have a way to know how long the part will take to arrive from the manufacturer, we are unable to update the ETA for the part. I know this is frustrating, but I do not want to leave you with the misimpression that we are trying to mislead you in any way. We hope you give Partzilla another chance.
I recently ordered several items from partzilla but while tracking my packages there was a mix up between fedex and the shipper. Lucky apron contacting partzilla off the issue they looked into and resolved the issue immediately. Shipped my returned items In two days next day air and I couldn't be more satisfied with their outstanding service. Every penny counts but ya'll decided that you needed those pennies more than me. Western Hills Honda sells me Honda and Yamaha parts at 5% over cost. Once I find another supplier for Suzuki and Kawasaki parts at commercial prices I'll be gone. And the wine cards, please just stop. Max BMW sells me parts at commercial rates and they send me M&Ms. You asked.
