On 6/8/22 I ordered an air filter on order # 11-*******. I received a confirmation on it but nothing else. I called last week and after several calls got through to customer service. At that time I told the lady I had not received anything on shipping or anything. She said I should have but because of the confusion on Partzilla staff on following up would have it overnighted and should have by Thursday or Friday. Still here it is Monday evening and still have not received my part. I had cancel a trip we had planned for this past weekend because I was taking this motorcycle with me. This was my first time ordering from Partzilla but my brother as been using this company for years and recommended that should order from them also. I tried calling twice today and each time got a voice prompt that there was a two hour wait. So if and when I ever receive my part maybe then I'll give a review on my experience with Partzilla
Service is as it always has been, good. I know with the craziness out there right now, referring to Covid-19 things are worse. But I have to say I don't think anything has changed when it comes to shipping, these guys are slow. 4 days before they decided to do anything. I wonder if they just have one person shipping everything. Either way guys, you need to step up into the present. Most places now days ship same day and they pride themselves on being able to do that. Catch up to what everyone else is doing. Thanks.

As of right now I am still waiting for 2 gaskets and a bolt kit. We aren't in 2001 anymore this is ridiculous. Until the isssue is resolved my review stands. Only 2 stars because they were one of few to have the part.

Parts that are Needed are never here fast enough, so far I can get any OEM pat I need. The site is very easy to use with official diagrams, part pictures, and dealer part numbers. I own two side by side and don't need to waste time on aftermarket parts.

Placed few orders while aware about the shipping fees. The parts took more than published to arrive and the worst surprise was the post officer asking me extra money for the foreign customs fees absolutely not mentioned at the moment of the ordering. At the end I paid these parts more than I would have in a normal Honda shop

Any vehicle with moving parts experiences wear over time and renovation and replacement are necessary. My 1966 Honda CL160 is a one-year model and whilst cycle parts, i. E. tanks, fenders, etc., are thin on the ground some 66+ years later, Partzilla is my one-stop source for all of the other parts on the bike. Yes, they have them all. All of the weird bits like oem fasteners, carburettor parts, etc., etc. at reasonable prices and express shipping; everything you need to keep your ride on the road. Placed my order on June 17th. 2 parts were stated as available and 2 parts would be available on June 20th. I have called numerous times and keep getting the run around. Oh were having warehouse issues, emergencies, blah blah blah. Last Thursday George said they were shipping out and I would see them shortly. As of today the order status still says the same thing. I wont use them again. Very, very disappointed!

UPS lost my original shipment. They went out of their way and sent a replacement before the UPS investigation was finished even though they didn't have to and it wasn't their fault. Will definitely order my parts with them in the future!
9 out of 10 times parts are readily available. Shipment is fast and pricing is good. Sometimes hard to find parts need to be ordered in and shipping takes longer but still overall always a good experience.

I had a good experience over the phone with one of your parts salesmen. Although the part I needed was hard to find a diagram depicting it he kept on until he found it. He was very helpful and courteous. Thank you. The parts also arrived on time.
I have used Partzilla a few times. I gave them four instead of five stars, because a couple of times the part showed in stock but was not. The service is great. When this happens I am notified and the order is corrected. I understand that some of the parts I am looking for are for old units, early 90's. But I would like to say, some of their competitors do offer non- OEM options. Which works well for some of the parts I need. Like screws/bolts, washers and nuts. Other sites have them, non-OEM but are to factory specs/size and they work fine. It would be nice if they would offer this option.
