I ordered parts for the holidays on December 9. No items listed as back-ordered or delayed, and showing a ship date in 1-2 business days. After 3 days, I received notification that an item had been cancelled from my order. I checked my bank account again the following day, and a refund had been posted for this cancelled item, but for the wrong amount.
I attempted to reach out about shipping for the rest of the items and adjusting for the incorrect refund numerous times, and was parroted the same generic responses with no assistance in my complaints.
This continued for another NINE DAYS. The amendment to the refund and tracking for shipments finally came through after TEN DAYS from original order placement. I tried to communicate throughout the process, including prior to shipping, that these were gifts for the holidays and that I had ordered early enough to guarantee delivery before I left town. As time dragged on with no sincere assistance from customer service representatives, I communicated that they would need to be expedited or else not show up in time to be of any use. No attempt was ever made by customer service to guarantee arrival of these grossly delayed items within 12 days of original purchase. Now, delivery for the items has yet to occur, and is expected to happen after I have left town, at which point my order and nearly two week's worth of continual communication with Partzilla will all have been for nothing.
Don't consider ordering from Partzilla if you have any expectation of items arriving in a timely fashion, being in stock, or being assisted with any troubles by their appallingly useless customer service.
Partzilla provides excellent service in every aspect except arguably one of the most important aspects which is delivery time and accuracy. I've ordered from here multiple times because the pricing is fair and competitive. However, everytime it takes at least 3-4 days if not close to a week for them to ship parts out. Then of course you also have to wait for the shipping company delivery time. They're always waiting on stock which I find hilarious and not in a good way, considering that they're supposed to be a parts warehouse. Why am I constantly waiting for you to have stock on very simple items. Not too mention after emailing me the details on when you'll have stock available, all too often you guys decide to change the date on me and push it out even further from what you originally quoted. I guess if you're willing to wait almost two weeks everytime you order parts from a warehouse that borders your home state, partzilla is your prime choice. At this point I'm almost willing to go to babbits online even though they're more costly, just so I can get my friggin parts in a reasonable amount of time.
My experience with Partzilla has been good. I have used them twice. The second time I received the wrong part. It was a $50.00 purchase, I took pictures of the item, explained why it would not fit sent it to the customer service dept and received a quick response. There was no foot dragging, I got a return number and was refunded cost plus shipping within two days after the return. They were never anything but helpful to this customer.
Sent UPS ground from Ga to MA when I paid for expedited. Their response was "sorry, I guess we should have been more clear on our website". (Even considering T'Giving, 8 days was unexcuseable)
Made a purchase of several parts that was suppose to be free shipping, then got an email saying the box they used was oversize so I would have to pay additional shipping charge, which I did. The additional shipping charge made the purchase the same price as others that do ship for free. After all that they didn't ship the complete order so now I have to wait another week for the remaining items items.
I am ordering parts from Partszilla on a regular basis and find the service excellent.
They send parts to here in New Zealand and the delivery times are amazing.
It does help if you are a commercial customer as there is more detailed information regarding the availability of parts. Generally I am very happy with their service.
I ordered a part June 16,2016. The website says they have it on hand and at a good price so I ordered it. They said it would ship in 2 days. It has now been 23 days and now they say they won't even have the apart available for another 10 days if then. Each time I talk to them they keep pushing the delivery out. If you want to order from Partzilla, the prices are good, but you better have a lot of time. They do not have parts in stock.
In stock and ready to ship is the only reason I went with these guys. Part still hasn't shipped a week later. Bike still in pieces waiting. Partzilla Customer service told me I only paid for regular shipping and that I would have had to pay expedited if I really wanted it to me in what for others companies is a normal amount of time. I order a lot of parts but tried these guys for the first and last time.
Partzilla represented that they had a rear wheel for my Suzuki motorcycle. They did not. They ordered it from California to be shipped to Georgia, so they could check the contents (of an OEM part ordered from Suzuki!). They then plan to ship via slow boat to China to my Arizona dealer to be installed. Why they could not ship from California direct to Arizona is beyond me. This kind of service does not warrant any future business from me. Boo! Then they wanted $85 to upgrade to overnight air. If there was a lower rating, I would give that.
Ordered a part for my rzr on March 18th paid for 2 day shipping because I needed it quickly. Website said it was in stock. A week goes by and no part. I got an email on the 23rd that said it would ship on the 24th. March 28 comes and still no part so I called. The absolute rudest customer service I have ever dealt with. Told me they couldn't ship it because they just got the part from Polaris. I said, well that sucks but whatever just refund my 2 day shipping fee. They said oh no sir we wont do that because it wasn't our fault. So I guess it was my fault they cant deliver what they advertise. I would never deal with this company again. Way to may others out there that actually want my business.
I have placed an order with these guys and it said it would ship in 2-3 business days after 2-3 business days, I get an email saying the order is delayed for another 2-3 business days, then another delay email saying it is delayed again... I wrote down to the customer service and as expected it was the worst response you can get, they straight away say that they cannot ship unless they have it in stock and they have like 15 million parts which they cant track... this is ridiculous... if they cannot ship it they shouldn't lie before ordering, and more than a week, it hasn't even been shipped yet and forget it there is no courtesy upgraded shipping for your troubles... I dont even know if they are ever going to ship. I am repenting placing order with them and I would suggest you DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Order from any other place but this.
They sold me a defective engine case for my honda crf 450r. The machining on it was not complete and could not be used because the inlet for the cooling collar was not drilled out. They told me I could not return it because I did not report it within 48 hours. They then tried to tell me that the case was not defective and was supposed to be that way. I talked with 2 service techs from honda who confirmed this was a defective part and should be returned. They still refuse to exchange it or refund my $250. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Rocky Mountain atv will honor partzilla prices and has unbelievably good customer service with hassle free returns.
Do not trouble your self with ordering from Partzilla, I ordered small parts from them on 12/14/15, called to check my order on 12/18/15, they cannot track the package, even though they provided a tracking number for USPS, placed it on UPS tracking page. I seriously think it never left Albany, GA. However they have my purchase, my money, but no product to me, except more lip service from inside sales & supervisors.

You pay to have the parts shipped. They don't fit. You pay to ship them back. To add insult to injury they charge a RESTOCKING fee for their mistake. Obviously this company has no interest in repeat customers!
If you need the item in a hurry you should probably call to see if they actually have it (what I was told by customer no-service), because the website will not tell you that when ordering. RIDICULOUS in this day and age. Totally screwed me on a project when I ordered a lot of parts and only a few were backordered, but they waited to ship it all together. 7 days after order placed and I have no shipping confirmation yet. Cheaper ain't always better. Lesson learned, and I'm going to spread it as far as I can to warn others.
Suck. 10buissness days and my order has not shipped, Of 4 items ordered, 2 are no longer available, 1 is on order to them from another vendor, and the 1 that I really need is there in stock just waiting. Today was the first email and it just said that the 1 part is on order, so I called to see where the other part is. Shipping sucks, communication sucks, undated inventory online sucks, customer svc sucks. They now will overnight the part needed it I pay the charges.
"I'd leave a blank star review if I could. The company customer service and timeliness sucks. It took them a week to ship the part we ordered. The part was ordered on July first. The first email confirmation I received said it would ship the 4th which in itself was a ridiculous amount of time to ship a part which they told me was because they had to get the part in. If I'd know this, I would have ordered it elsewhere to begin with. Knowing the ship date was a holiday I emailed them and requested expedited service and asked them to charge it to an alternate account. I'm then emailed an update that said the part was shipped on Monday the 7th so I'm expecting the part to be delivered on the 9th. On top of everything else they charged the shipping to the original account which cost us a $30 late fee. Today, the 9th, I find out I won't have the part until tomorrow. It has now been ten days to get a part that we paid $33 shipping to get expedited and $30 late fee because they didn't process my request accurately. We have been without our transportation for that length of time and I feel like I've been lied to at every turn. I would not recommend this company ever to anyone.
