We never try to mislead or misinform our customers. Our goal is to deliver your parts as fast as we possibly can at the lowest price. When a part is in stock, it says on the product page IN STOCK and will be shipped immediately. There are certain times when we don't have the part in stock and we have to wait for the manufacturer to deliver us the part. Whenever that happens, the part page says "Ships in 1-2 days" or "Ships in 2-3 days." Since we don't have a way to know how long the part will take to arrive from the manufacturer, we are unable to update the ETA for the part. I know this is frustrating, but I do not want to leave you with the misimpression that we are trying to mislead you in any way. We hope you give Partzilla another chance.

I paid for an axle for a yfm90 and recieved a part that looked like it had been sitting forever, but in good faith i installed the part only to find out that the part was bent.
I bought this to the attention of partzilla in an email and all they can say is "yamaha wont take it back" "we need photos of the box it came in"
Which, mind you was in perfect condition when we recieved the part but to the naked eye could not notice the part was bent.
Very disappointed to have paid for a brand new part and receieve what looked like a 2nd hand part but 2 weeks shipping i couldnt wait.
Ive got a whole family into motorbikes all of which i pointed in partzillas direction but now ill be telling them to go elsewhere.

For situations like this, it is very hard for us to determine whether the part was somehow bent prior to shipment, during shipment or accidentally damaged somewhere else along the line. We can completely understand how frustrating it must be for you to receive a part and be unable to use it. However, in order for us to process a claim like this, we would need photos of the box the product was shipped in and the damage to the product.

My parts haven't even shipped yet and I got to thinking that I could have sworn that it was indicated that all my parts were in stock. I would have checked other suppliers if there was any indication of not in stock and I sure wouldn't have paid for expedited shipping. The time until shipping is approximately what was explained by Partzilla in reply to a previous review that complained of less than honest or upfront detailed explanations of the terms used and their definitions as defined by Partszilla so there wouldn't be all these poor reviews. The prices were noticeably lower than other popular parts suppliers. But I am feeling like somehow they are being intentionally deceptive because they haven't corrected the issue. The correction would be to have a disclosure type page that is a simple and complete break down and explanation of how the shipping times are calculated and what IN STOCK means or indicates and when expedited shipping takes place...

We are sorry for any miscommunication between us and we will try to work on that but there is not much that we can do. Most OEM parts dealers have the same issue as us, we have no way to store every single part that a customer might need. So when we receive an order for a part we don't currently have it may take a while for it to get to us, and then we ship it to you. You may have misunderstood what was written there or there may have been a temporary issue. We hope you give us another chance, this will not happen again.
Just need better feed back when parts are not going to ship that day. I payed for two day delivery and didn't receive the part because of backordered I would not payed extra if I knew that cost me extra and still waited two weeks

Parts are easy to order and pay for. Good communication and organization. They also stock parts that are nolonger available from manufacturers.

I own an ATV business. Partzilla has a wide verity of parts which is good. Now the bad! Poor customer service almost everytime I call. Shipping rates and times are deceiving. They say 2 day shipping or you can expidite for more money. However if you order today at noon won't ship till next day which ends up being 3 days. Website may show item in stock so should arrive in two days but after you order you find out website was incorrect so part is 3-5 days to get to their warehouse then another 2 days to get to you. Partzilla will not split an order so you can go ahead and get what's in stock to keep working with out paying a $5 fee. Free shipping on items over $150 where others are at $75 for free shipping. Change some of these issues and will be great place.
I have used partzilla several times now. I am restoring a Yamaha and I am pleased with the parts availability, parts quality, and the service from the staff. I normally don't expect a lot but what I do expect (availability, a good price and a helpful staff) is delivered in abundance. Ordered a in stock steering stabilizer on the 12th of July, it left their warehouse on the 17th. It is now the 21st and still no parts... supposed be here by end of day 23rd. I dont support business that cant get in stock parts to me in a timely fashion.

Order placed 21 days ago for 'in stock items'. Shipper lost package, and informed Partzilla several days ago that order is lost in transit. When I request a refund or reshipment, they say they cannot do that until shipper confirms package is lost. I have confirmation from shipper that partzilla has already been informed. Partzilla customer service will not return emails or return calls. Will use all documentation obtained to pursue FRAUD if necessary.
Customer service responded to this online here, but still will not reply to my email or return call as they said they would. Still no refund or replacement order... apparently customer service is too busy replying to negative reviews to actually serve their customers... as in customer service! If any attorneys read this and are motivated, please help!
