Got my order fast and accurate with out any issues

Everything was in box. Gallon of oil had small pin hole and got oil all over Everything but I think it was because of the delivery service
Received everything as ordered to get my 100 hour service completed! As well as the preventative maintenance items I got as well. Appreciate them taking the time to staple the small parts to the packing list. Though I did think they were missing until I took the time to look at the paper lol.

That was 5 months ago, unfortunately, given that timeframe, there is nothing we can do. There could be several reasons the decal is peeling including outside elements, user error, and weather. We unfortunately are not liable for replacing the decal. I am again very sorry for the inconvenience.
