Ordered 300 hour kit for a mercury verado in September 2022 Finley got parts in April 2023 I will never order from Parts Vu ever again

Thank you for your purchase and for your review. Your feedback is welcomed and appreciated. I see you placed an order (not this order) in September. At the time you placed the order, the OEM 300-hour pre-packaged kit from Mercury was on backorder. I did contact you to confirm the backorder several times. I personally added to my calendar to email you weekly per your request. Gladly I convinced you to cancel the Kit on backorder, and we placed an item for the individual parts that were available and left off filters on national backorder. I discounted all items as well. This order shipped less than 48 hours after it was placed less 1 screw that I had advised was specially ordered from the vendor that shipped to you the following day. In regards to the first order, we did let you know, and often, that it was on backorder. Given that the kit was on a national backorder and still is, no Mercury dealer has access to it until Mercury replenishes stock. In the meantime, we are at the mercy of mercury given that it is OEM.
