I am unsure what you mean regarding false information. At the time we gave you the tracking number it appeared that we had not shipped your order. As we advised, No order is left in our warehouse at the end of the day. The carriers pick up our orders by the pallet and as they are in their rhythm of scanning packages, some get missed. Because they missed the initial scan, even though they are moving throughout the country the movement is not uploaded. Once the package is in your area it will appear as though your order went from us to you in a matter of minutes. That is what happened.
