Everything went perfectly until I opened the box. Whoever packed the order failed to secure the spark plugs which were rattling around in the bottom of the box. 4 of them had bent electrodes which required repair

The expensive container of oil I bought was crushed at the spout to fit it into the box. A small amount of the oil leaked and bow it will be harder to pour. I did not appreciate this type of rough handling.

Often times we place an order to be drop shipped from the vendor to get it to you in the quickest timeframe. While placing the order we view the availability. This item was said to be on national backorder. Much to our grand surprise the vendor had 1 left available and shipped it hours after the email had gone out. Once an order ships email is sent out to the customer automatically with a tracking number. I am so very sorry if that was missed. When you called the following Monday to cancel the item was already out for delivery and could not be canceled. We have issued you a return authorization in the event that you want to return the item for a full refund.
