Believe it or not
June 10, 2021

Actually, after reading all these bad reviews I still went through and ordered a blower motor for my subaru. Came fast, was the correct part, was in working order. Nothing but a good experience.

Rip off
July 27, 2019

Wrong item sent and it cost ME $13.00 to return it. No reimbursement from PartsGeek. I'll never buy from them again. Stay away. RockAuto has same policy for returns. Another loser outfit.

Ordered a heater core January 14th 2024, here it is January 28 2024 and still haven't received the part I called customer service and got the run around talking about you have to submit a request online to cancel or request a refund, so much bull, I usually don't do reviews but I'm pissed, I ordered the part from another vendor and had it with in a day at a cheaper price, and was able to get my car back together, I would give them a zero star and don't ever recommend to buy parts from Parts Geek

PartsGeek false advertising
March 28, 2023

They advertise 'Lifetime Warranty' for an Arnott air suspension compressor (for Jaguar XJ8) but when you want to return the compressor because it failed after less than two years they state on their return home page there is no return after 30 days. I called and they told me they sell parts to E-Bay and then E-Bay is responsible for it. My documents showed no indication of E-Bay involvement. I have a Parts Geek LLC order number and all emails are from this company. After being brushed off for the first time I called again. Then another assistant said they would send me an email where I need to follow the steps. This email lead to the very same dead end as on their home page. No parts are eligible for return after 30 days (No exceptions!). The compressor did not last even two years and is one of the most expensive ones on the aftermarket. Because of the 'lifelong warranty' I paid a much higher price than elsewhere. This is false advertising and deliberately misleading customers by and making them believe they can rest assured in case of spare parts failure. Purchasing over Parts Geek is like playing roulette. Better purchase from a different merchant that has good reviews. I was stupid not to check their reviews first.

Refuse to allow return of unopened part because it was a little past their "strict" return policy. What a joke. Could care less about customer. Will never shop with them again!

Worse Auto Part Company in the US. By Far.
May 20, 2023

Purchased on 2nd. Seller sent wrong item on 7th (slow shipping). Took days to get a return label 10th. Sent item back. Today is the 20th. No reply and no refund yet.

Follow-up by uberbayer1. Left within past month.

All i want is my money back for the UNOPENED part I returned after a week of trying to be reasonable. I have called and used their chat support and they are rude and will not assist in any way. This company is total trash. Foreign scammer customer service for starters. Still NO refund. The horror stories on the reviews for this company OUTSIDE of ebay are insane. I'm reporting to BBB. 5% - 15% of their sales are NEGATIVE reviewed. I'm gonna harass the execs on their Linkedin.

My recent encounter with Partsgeek.com has been nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased multiple parts from them, Some of which turned out to be defective. These faulty components not only caused significant delays in diagnosing my vehicle's issues but also resulted in a frustrating and time-consuming experience.

To make matters worse, when I attempted to return a core component, Partsgeek.com refused to accept it, citing that it was outside their standard return window. This inflexible policy demonstrates their lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction. It is deeply disappointing that a reputable auto parts supplier would prioritize their return policy over rectifying the issue caused by their defective merchandise.

Furthermore, the customer service provided by Partsgeek.com has been extremely unsatisfactory. Their lack of effective communication and unhelpful responses have only added to my frustration and disappointment. It is evident that they do not value their customers or take responsibility for their subpar products.

In conclusion, my experience with Partsgeek.com has been overwhelmingly negative. The sale of defective parts and their unreasonable return policy have caused unnecessary delays and stress. I strongly advise against dealing with Partsgeek.com, as their lack of commitment to customer satisfaction and product quality is evident.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM PARTS GEEK, THEY'LL SCREW YOU OVER!
I ordered an ignition coil kit that should have included six ignition coils. I received only five coils, and Parts Geek refuses to send me the 6th coil. They have been horrible to work with and completely unreasonable. They won't make it right.

I contacted Parts Geek before my purchase to make sure the alternator I wanted to buy has a built in regulator. "Yes it does", came the reply via email. So I ordered the part and - surprise - it did NOT. Getting in contact with the company afterwards proved to be an exercise in patience. They do not want to be called and talk to you over the phone, hence their phone number is not displayed on their website. Customer Support? Good luck with that one. Twice I was told by generic email that I would be contacted and provided with return information within 24 to 48 hours. After that: crickets. Eventually, after five or six days of nothingness, I sent another email, announcing I would be using their non-compatible part as an anchor. I finally received return instructions today, but although the fault was clearly theirs, guess who is paying for return shipping? Yours truly. It is very obvious that the people that work at Parts Geek either have little or no knowledge of the products they are selling or they simply do not care. I will certainly never buy another part from these people.

Scamers
June 16, 2020

They advertised the part as NEW but it was obviously rebuilt. Customer service is an alien concept. Do yourself a favor, don't shop with them and tell your friends not to shop with them either.

How do you send me the wrong parts and then close the ticket for help? I ordered a hood, fender, fender liner and retention pins, as well as a grille for my 2005 Chrysler Pacifica. The grille was about 2 inches too short. My car never had a fender liner. Retention pins was too large for fender liner. I put fender on driver side and I put hood on. Grille didn't fit and I mistakenly drove vehicle to get air in tires and hood flew up and cracked my windshield. Hood is dented all up. Now I'm out $300 plus another $400 to replace windshield. Parts Geek won't exchange grille, refund me for fender liner, Retention pins or even make a good faith effort to rectify this situation, knowing im out of well over $500 for wrong parts which they should have guaranteed. I also have to buy new windshield, GRRR NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH PARTS GEEK AGAIN. STAY CLEAR OF THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HELP AT ALL.

Rip Off!
January 10, 2017

Ordered 2 new rear wheel hubs for a Toyota Corolla. Parts received as expected, but after installing noticed the bearings were loose in both hubs! Now I have to pay the shipping costs to return their DEFECTIVE parts! I may or may not get credit in 14 days or so (based on there strict return policy)(will keep you posted) but in the meantime my car is still broke. The representative wrote that I would need to place another separate order to get the part I still need. I DONT THINK SO! WONT BE USING THEM AGAIN.

If i could give them 0 stars i would. I ordered over the phone and wasn't receiving the order number to my email that i was told would come. I called back and couldn't get a hold of any reps so i requested a call back to my cell, received a order number that DID NOT WORK and waited 7 days for a part that was canceled 20 mins after i placed my order because "i requested to receive a call back" Called customer service and was told its nothing they could do. I will never order here again.

Completely UNRELIABLE
December 8, 2021

Cant show proof of purchase because the purchase never happened due to this company being woefully incompetent. I ordered a part for my pick up. The site showed they had 4 of the item in stock. The next day they sent an email asking for a copy of my driver's license and a utility bill to be sure it was my own credit card I was using. I supplied the information and did not get a response. Called today and got the reply that the warehouse would send me a tracking number by tomorrow morning at the latest. Once I got off the call with "customer service" Ha. I happened to check my email and noticed that a half hour before my call I got an email stating my order had been voided since they were out of stock and that I could buy another product or wait 3 weeks to see if my item was back in stock. They have lost my business permanently. The WORST company I have ever had to deal with. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere don't bother giving them a chance, you will be so very disappointed. If I could give a 1/2 star or less I would.
