Ordered exact fit parts for vehicle. Parts did not fit. Spent over an hour on hold on phone. Did online chat and service rep responded with a laughing smily face? Really, then to send back I had to send the vehicle VIN and take pictures showing it didn't fit when the kit literally stated 2011-2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD Control Arm Ball Joint Tie Rod and Sway Bar Link Kit - Front - Replacement 498-429. What's the purpose of sending the VIN? I've never had this much problems with any other company that I've ordered from. Now I have to wait for a return shipping label, ship it back then wait for a refund. Never had this problem with JC Whitney or Carparts.com. I don't recommend using partsgeek at ALL.
Ordered a pair of exterior side mirrors for 95 F-150 I have in Mexico and they were exactly as shown and delivered on time!
I'm impressed with the ease of purchase, quality of the product and stunned with the delivery during this period of time on the US!
I used them and they did not deliver my part and are insisting it was delivered which it wasn't! The mailman confirmed it was not delivered yet they are insisting it was based on location data supposedly provided on a priority mail package which is impossible because it was not delivered to my address or any of my neighbors! Parts geek is a scam and will not deliver your product or cancel and refund your money for the order!
Bought 2 Motorcraft rotors. Axle nuts were suppose to be included, but were not sent. Talked to 5 different people in customer service and 4 said axle nuts were not included. I sent a screen shot to the 5th person to prove it said "AXLE NUTS INCLUDED!" He then said it was a misprint. Won't buy from them again. They lost my trust.
I ordered a part from this site that ended up breaking. After contacting the manufacturer of the the part, I was told I needed to contact Parts Geek. When I called, Parts Geek recused to help. The man I was on the phone with literally laughed and then hung up. Horrible customer service.
I recently ordered 2 gas tanks for my 1985 chevy silverado. I received the tanks without the gasket needed for installation. I called parts geek and told them of my problem. They informed me, that i would have to send back both the gas tanks back, to get my gaskets for my tanks. I will not use this company again. Note i am a very unhappy customer. Parts geek do you understand that it is the customer... like me that keeps you in business? You as a company need to make this right, until then i will do everything in my power to spread the word that this company is not about making the customer happy. Sighed very very unhappy customer!
I bought a wheel cylinder for my truck. They sent the wrong one. They told me to get an RMA # online and send back. The shipping cost the same as the part. They will not send me the correct part so I am out the cost. The customer service told me they are not liable for the shipping costs.
Their policy is if you want a credit on your core return,you must ship it within 30 days.before you can ship your return,you must request a RFA number from them.they charge you for the core at part purchase then don't send you a RFA number and let the 30 days time out,and tell you its

Effing 2.5 WEEKS, 1st ever order from PG, they lost my pkg and I have to wait a total of 2.5 weeks to get a credit!? So I'm out a vehicle and $300.

I have used PartsGeek Several Times. The few times I have had to call In there representatives were super awesome and helpful. I guess they cost to much because now they have to be using people from out of the country in India they hardly speak English.
I ordered 2 Hatch Lifts for my 2008 Jeep. They arrived with one part missing AND it was a window lift, not the parts that I ordered. I followed their directions for the return and received a return number that I clearly wrote on the box. Much to my surprise they refused my return and sent the same box back more damaged than it was the first time, AND it was the same wrong part.
Unfortunately, I read all the reviews after the fact. However, it saved me any additional aggravation by trying to communicate with them. My husband and I decided to take the loss and write this review warning ALL to never deal with these thieves. Please STAY AWAY and pass it on.
Cheap part yes, quality no and replacement policy even worse. I ordered a fuel pump and it does not work. I paid to have it installed and now PG wants me to have it uninstalled and returned to them before they will "refund" the part. Not send a replacement. And not to mention, I would have to pay to have it removed and then once they return a new one, pay to have that installed. But what gets me is they do not understand that this would leave me without transportation for however long it would take them to send me a new one and that due to their policy i will now have additional charges for labor. They need to change their policy. At least Amazon will send a new one and give you time to send the old one back in the mean time. I should have bought from Amazon or a local parts store. This is what I get for ordering a discount item.
I called in to speak to a manager about a order I placed I mistakenly put down the wrong address so FedEx could not deliver the package.No big deal right wrong the manager got on phone and it not out Fault it's your and actually said the costumer is not always right and there nothing he can do to fix the problem he really rude and disrespectful.to a paying costumer. Ordered parts on the 17th and did not receive them on the 30th... thats 13 days... they said 7 to 12 buisness days... parts were at southeastern freight in louisville ky... they charged 100.00 for over sized freight... i had to go pick parts up in louisville ky which is 50 miles from me because they said it would be another 3 days before delivered... partsgeek did not refund my money for oversized shipping and they didn't even deliver it I had to pick it up

They need to get their inventory tracking in order and STOP with the preferential treatment of orders! This is the second time they refined my order WITHOUT explanation and NOT offering a solution to a customer! I received a electric door latch for my 1994 dodge pickup and the door latch worked backwards from the other side
They wanted me to remove the door latch and send it back to them, and be without until they receive it and send me a new one.
Or I could purchase another one and send the defective one back to them. Who knows when you will receive a credit.
I think like most companies with a good reputation, will send another new one and then you send the defective part back.
I've dealt with others companies that will tell you to get rid of the part rather than pay the freight to return it.
The guy I talked to could give two $#*!s as to my request.
I wouldn't buy a bolt from this company.

This company is terrible I ordered a part I never recieved and they want me to re-order it and I guess be out $105.00 more dollars and yet they said in order to refund my money I have to re-order the part stay away from Parts Geek awful all the way around!
I foolishly have made a few purchases from parts geek. Every time, there has been an issue, and every time, they refuse to make it right.
First, i ordered a ball joint kit for a 92 nissan d21. I found one of the upper balljoints was broken when i opened the package. They told me to take it up with the manufacturer and didnt respond further.
Second, i ordered 2 identical upstream 02 sensors for a 2013 chevy 2500. One of them had a female plug, the other had a male plug. Mind you, identical parts, right down to the part number. This time, they refused to respond to any emails and over the phone, was pretty much told that they dont care, they dont accept returns, take it up with the manufacturer.
DO NOT order from these crooks.
