After more than 3 months of trying to get this resolved, I have finally resorted to leaving them a bad review as this was my only option left. I purchased a brand new condenser for my GMC truck and was sent a unit that was defective from the factory. It took several hundred dollars and multiple trips to my repair shop to get this addressed. The unit has to be leaked tested, uninstalled, reinstall new one, charge it back up, etc. Although they did replace the defective unit under their warranty, they refused to cover all the labour required to RE and RE the part. Completely disappointed! Its cost me an extra $700!

Of the product I was looking for, two of the four options were out of stock - however, this wasn't mentioned on the website until after I tried ordering the part. Fortunately, Parts Avatar refunded my money and my number two choice was available (it was more expensive than my number one choice).

I ordered my part. It came quickly, it was the right fit and it technically works. However it was damaged has a crack and piece of plastic the size of a dime broken off of it and missing.
I have it installed in my vehicle because without it I have no defrost. But wish it was not broken.
