I submitted pictures, a part number, year make and model of vehicle. I requested high pressure liquid ac line and was first sent the low preasure side. Instead of shipping me the correct part i am now responsible to pay for shipping again to ship back the wrong part. The 2nd part was the high pressure line but it does not fit a 2011 nissan rogue. Ill be shipping both back in the same box. Hoping it doesnt cost me and more than the $13.20. I have now paid $53.00 in shipping fees and i still cannot repair the vehicle. I may try and get the old part welded or purchase from the dealer ship as this is rediculous and frusterating
First time ordering from Parts Avatar. I ordered 6 items including a brake kit, pads, belt and the MEVOTECH - Control Arm With Ball Joint. One of the 6 items was on back order. Parts Avatar was quick to let me know and offer a refund or wait nine days until it was back in stock. I decided to wait, not realizing they would hold onto the other 5 parts! After an additional 10 day wait I contacted them and they apologized, refunded me the part and then sent off the rest of the order. When the parts finally arrived the Control Arm box was slightly damaged. Worse, the 'New' part was obviously used and damaged. I initiated the return which was - although never acknowledged - processed another 7 days later. To make it even worse, the piece cost $304 after tax and I was only refunded $250. They sent me a used and damaged part and I had to pay $54 for their negligence! Not shopping with them again.

I ordered Parts July 8th, the estimated delivery was July 11-14th, there was an "expedited" delivery option, so I selected and paid for delivery between the 10-11th. The package was shipped the 14th(tracking showed it 10mins from my home on the 14th)it was delivered on the 15th. The prices are reasonable, the products seem fine, the expedited shipping wasn't expensive, but on principle alone it was disappointing. I booked the 11th off work, to work on my car, delivery by the 11th would mean I had parts over the weekend.

Part took excessively long to be delivered and when it showed up the part was bent and made incorrectly. It was missing 2 welded on nuts that were required to be able to install it.
I reached out to live support to get some clarification on a couple parts as they were listed as the exact same name but different brand and a different picture than to what the part actually was. The live support reassured me multiple times that the pictures are just placeholders and aren't necessarily the correct part shown. After about 3 confirmations from the agent they absolutely guaranteed that the part would come as NAMED not as PICTURED.
I wait a week for these parts and can you guess what shows up? Exactly what I was promised wouldn't show up, and exactly what was pictured and not as named in the item listing.

I am living in Canada on PEI. We are penalized by your extra shipping fee to PEI. Why would you select a shipping company that adds a surcharge to PEI? I have had an email dialogue with your support line but don't really get an answer. Saying that is the fee that our shipping company adds so we just pass it on to the customer. Not sure what this would be an explanation. PA picked and contracted with the shipping company. I have no influence over the shipping company at all. Mike
