I sent a parcel to my daughter on Monday and paid extra to have it delivered to her on Wednesday, It said the parcel was still in Liverpool and it was going to Norwich. It wasn't delivered on time and still isn't now and it is Friday. I wrote to Parcel hero and they said it was my daughters fault as she requested it to be put in a safe place. I told them even on the Wednesday it was still in Liverpool and it was supposed to be in Norwich. The next day they said there was a technical problem with the courier. I asked for a reduction in price as they hadn't fulfilled my request of Wednesday delivery. They wormed their way out of any responsibility so after 4 years of using them I informed them I would go elsewhere! No reply and I would advise anybody not to use this money grabbing company who have very little regard for the customer!
Spent £100+ for next day delivery for a film project. Parcel turned up 5 days later at the location (the film crew had already moved on of course), with no communication from anyone to let me know of the delays - they couldn't tell me anything actually. Had to go back to the location to pick up the parcel and the contents were destroyed. I've been told that I don't qualify for a refund as 'documentation was missing', despite paying extra for a no-printer/no-documentation service. So yeah, awful.

Shipped a printer I sold on ebay. They:
-charged me £68 excess on £48 'overweight' delivery
-ignored my evidence that the package was not overweight
-sent me confidential responses meant for another customer
-destroyed the printer
-refused a refund
I had a very bad experience with this company, my parcel got stuck at customs for 1 year and 3 months.
Parcelhero told me they were not responsible and refused to issue a refund on purchase.
Worst customer experience in my life
Zero is how many stars I'd have given them if it'd been an option.
We foolishly used them to courier an important parcel to another country with a scheduled delivery date of February 9. The parcel wasn't delivered until February 13, FOUR days after the scheduled date. The package was time critical as it was to meet the deadline for a important and valuable tender and thanks to ParcelZero we missed the deadline and lost out on the tender. Thanks a million... well, several hundreds of thousands... ParcelZero.
When we complained they at first blamed it on a public holiday in the destination country (which they should have known about and taken into account before promising a delivery date), but it turned out the package hadn't even left Europe until AFTER the holiday and even more importantly until AFTER scheduled delivery date so that was a lie. And it still didn't explain why it was FOUR days late.
Needless to say, when we pointed that out to them they just said "Terms & Conditions" as if that excused them of all their obligations, responsibilities and promises and washed their hands of it. They might as well have said "nothing to do with us" and "scr*w you".
Avoid at all costs.

I used DPD via Parcel Hero, all the docs seemed legitimate, but when I called DPD to find out why they hadn't collected it, they had no reference of the parcel at all. I have discuted the charge with my bank as the parcel hero website doesn't have a coherent cancellation process. They need to be stopped..
I had a very bad experience with this company. I was promised I would receive a delivery by the 31st December 2021, by this company. I did not receive the delivery on the specified date. Therefore I was given false expectations online when I first purchased this service.
I tried to complain to them about this, and apparently they cant even call you to discuss the issue, they can only email you. This is their post-customer service. Even after I requested a call from them, the declined.
Their service provider DHL, confirmed the delivery was not delivered on the specified date due to Parcel hero themselves. DHL and customs did not cause any delay from their end. In fact, DHL tried to assist me as much as possible when parcel hero (the service provider) refused to take any responsibility.
They still have not called me, they have not apologised, they are not sorry, they refuse to take responsibility, and they have not acknowledged my complaint and their mistake. They have a "don't care" attitude.
Please use another provider such as DHL or another direct service provider. This has been a terrible experience for me and a complete waste of money which I threw in the bin. As I no longer needed the goods after the specified date.
DHL tried to help over the phone, and they said I could get a refund if parcel hero contacted them. But parcel hero refuses to contact them as well.
Very very bad experience. So it seems parcel hero wants to keep the money for themselves instead of refunding the customer when they have not provided the service in the time period promised.

This company are liar and scammers, be aware with this company, they are the thief who steal customer parcels, I have lost my 10 parcels and at first they keep telling me to wait 7 days as usual and after that they declare the parcel has been lost without trying to locate the parcel or return back to the sender, I have added return details on the package so they could have easily send back to me if they were unable to deliver. They are running their business by stealing people belongings.
8 weeks after they delivered a parcel for me, they have taken another £16.72 from my bank account using my debit card details without notify me or asking for permission. They claim that I gave them the weight and size for the parcel. I didn't. I'm very careful to double check before adding these details. Disgusting behaviour.
This site made me leave a star - I would have given them nothing. Absolutely shocking service - will never use again. After 10 days and numerous complaints my parcel has still not been picked up
I sent a parcel that was delivered damaged, in addition, after 40 days from delivery, I received an e-mail that I have to pay extra £ 72 because it was allegedly higher than I gave I will only add that I had paid £ 50 earlier and when I asked for some proof that my parcel was too large, they told me that it was I'm supposed to prove to them that she wasn't
Parcel picked up by hermes, never arrived at depot and parcelhero decided after a day of investigating it was lost. As i never took enhanced cover they cannot compensate me. They said i must understand parcels go missing all the time, be warned.
Absolute disgusting company, not only was I charged nearly £50 for a surcharge when I measured the parcel before sending and proved the length of an identical item to be 28cm shorter than I'm being told my item was. I then have an additional charge being taken from PayPal by parcelhero for a service they haven't provided. Be very aware when you click to pay a surcharge you get double charge by this scam of a company. After 3 emails still not a since response from parcel hero, this is theft of funds and I will be contacting the police about this. AVOID AT ALL COST, PARCELS2GO.COM are a lot better company and do not steal from customers
Sent 1 parcel to try them out I send around 30 parcels a week parcel was going to Spain all details that were asked were put in to the website a week later parcel has returned to me information missing no refund and the threat to charge me more for returning the parcel it cost me £39 to send
I can't explain how bad this service has been. I sent 14 boxes from the UK to Spain. They were sent back to the UK for a ridiculous reason. They then tried to return them twice during working hours to the UK address, without sending any notification. They of course couldn't find anyone home so they just dumped 7 boxes at my neighbour's house. Then tried to ship the boxes again to Spain (!), to finally return some of the remaining ones to the UK address: 2 still missing, 2 damaged. Their response to my complaint? They are offering me £25 voucher to be used on their website within 10 days - Seriously: DO NOT USE PARCEL HERO
Booked a parcel collection. Wasn't picked up for a week, had to rebook it. Finally collected and delivered. About a week later, ParcelHero debited our credit card twice more, despite being told not to before they did it.
Customer service is beyond useless. It eventually transpires that they thought the parcel had been delivered twice, as proved by the tracking information (which doesn't explain why we were charged three times, not twice). The tracking information clearly shows the parcel was only delivered once.
'Customer service' does nothing, ignores the problem and blames the courier. So, it's off to the small claims court we go.
