I have traveled with Emirates (booking reference: H3HKK2) and had a horrible experience in August and September 2022. I made a complaint to them with the following reference number: LON/X/JU/*******/******* regarding my experience on the trip and described the issues I experienced in great detail.
The airline was not empathetic towards the poor experience, overall service, and discomfort they had caused to me as a passenger. They merely apologized and brushed me off. I am very disappointed and I was hoping after making a complaint, they would be more understanding and compassionate for the discomfort I experienced which was causd by them. Unfortunately, they do not care and do not do anything to make things better. I will be strongly considering using other airlines after this experience.

I was on holiday and I placed an order for express delivery and even paid EXTRA for this service. This was the order number: ******* and date of order: 11/09/2022.
The order was NOT delivered during the advertised time-period which was promised under the express delivery service. Secondly, the item was delivered LATE to the hotel (after I had checked-out). This incident happened on the 11th September 2022.

Now the hotel STILL has the package in their possession. I have contacted the Hilton hotel, and they mentioned that they are unable to return it. JD sports cannot even make arrangements to get the item picked-up, the package which they delivered LATE and it is their fault I am in this position and situation. I currently do not have the package which I ordered and PAID for. Neither have I been given a refund. I have made a complaint to JD sports regarding this issue and they have not even got back to me regarding this issue. I have made multiple phone calls to them and they simply do not care.

I am extremely annoyed with this situation and this situation is still not resolved. JD sports should have given me a refund as I am in this situation due to their negligence of not being able to properly provide an express service. They should not make customers pay for services they simply cannot provide.

Tip for consumers:
They have a don't care atittude. I have made a complaint and have still not heard back

I had a very bad experience with this company. I was promised I would receive a delivery by the 31st December 2021, by this company. I did not receive the delivery on the specified date. Therefore I was given false expectations online when I first purchased this service.
I tried to complain to them about this, and apparently they cant even call you to discuss the issue, they can only email you. This is their post-customer service. Even after I requested a call from them, the declined.

Their service provider DHL, confirmed the delivery was not delivered on the specified date due to Parcel hero themselves. DHL and customs did not cause any delay from their end. In fact, DHL tried to assist me as much as possible when parcel hero (the service provider) refused to take any responsibility.

They still have not called me, they have not apologised, they are not sorry, they refuse to take responsibility, and they have not acknowledged my complaint and their mistake. They have a "don't care" attitude.
Please use another provider such as DHL or another direct service provider. This has been a terrible experience for me and a complete waste of money which I threw in the bin. As I no longer needed the goods after the specified date.

DHL tried to help over the phone, and they said I could get a refund if parcel hero contacted them. But parcel hero refuses to contact them as well.

Very very bad experience. So it seems parcel hero wants to keep the money for themselves instead of refunding the customer when they have not provided the service in the time period promised.

I booked an accommodation via booking.com
The accommodation did not allow me to check-in for no apparent reason. I had informed booking.com when it happened. They did nothing to support me and my experience. I had no-where to stay that day as the accommodation refused my check-in, and had to immediately find another hotel that was available. I had requested a refund from the accommodation and booking.com, as I did not even end up staying at the accommodation. But neither the accommodation provided a refund and neither booking.com. Therefore, I consider that booking.com and the accommodation have in fact kept the money for themselves, without providing a refund. At one stage, the provider promised a 40% refund, which was not honoured until today. Therefore they have lied, and bookings.com has supported this lie. Both bookings.com and the accomodation provider have taken my money, and have not provided the service of accomodation. Please be careful when you book with bookings.com. If it is not an official hotel, be careful with other accommodation providers on their site. You could have no accomodation and left stranded. Bookings.com also defends their accommodation providers even when they are wrong and incorrect in their behaviour, just like this case I experienced.

I shop in Zara regularly. I always find their store assistants extremely rude, this also includes their store managers. They all seem to be extremely frustrated being at work, they look at you in such a manner as if to say ' why are you here? '. This was not the first time I encountered this bad behaviour, it is EVERY SINGLE time I come into the store, I almost expect this attitude. Terrible customer service, bad behaviour and bad attitude from their employees. I have even complained directly to Zara about this before and they didn't seem to care about it either. This shows that Zara, the brand are okay with their employees behaving this way with customers. It seems that for them, its all about making money despite the external cost thrown onto the customers such as this one. Where, we the customers, have to almost be abused every-time we shop, as their employees are not in the mood to see us and neither deal with us. I had previously written an email to them in great detail explaining the situation, but they took no action and neither were they remorseful about their employees actions.

In another incident. Once I bought a bag which was damaged, I noticed this when I got home the same day. So I took it back to the store the next day. The store assistant refused to return the bag, and the store manager behaved rudely with me and accused me of damaging the bag. This was to support the customer assistant, who didn't want to return the bag in the first place. She loudly accused me in front of other customers. I was shocked and embarrassed. How was it possible that I could have damaged a bag that I just bought just yesterday. The bag was eventually not returned. Once again, I tried to complain online directly to the brand. They did not care, and did not take action. Instead they supported the behaviour of their store employees and management. Nothing was done about the bag issue, and I had to keep a damaged bag. Please be very careful when buying bags from this store and make sure to check that the bag is not damaged, as you will lose your money if they don't refund you (as with my case).

There are so many bad experiences that I have had with this brand, it is absolutely shocking. Even more surprising, is that every single time that I complained, nothing was ever done to resolve the situation or make the situation better. This brand seems to just be concerned with selling their fast fashion and profit margins. In my opinion, they have no concern about their customers and situations concerning their customers feelings. Extremely disappointed.

I would advise all existing customers and potential customers to be very careful when buying their products. Because its easy to buy and spend your money, but be aware that when it comes down to returning the products, the attitude is not the same. It is also quite clear, how frustrated their employees are when being at work, in the store. Not helpful and not happy to be at work. If you ever have an issue and call for the store manager, be rest assured that the manager is not there to help you but rather support their customer service employee and take their side. Complaining online about any issue is rendered pointless and the brand themselves don't seem to care about the customers.

This company does not get you the grades you pay them to get you. They lie to and cheat their customers. You pay a lot of money for nothing. It is a waste of time and money. The company also does not take ownership of their wrong doings such as lying to their customers. I have a screenshots of conversations I have had with them. Please have a look and do not get involved with them. They literally steal your money.
