I have initially had a bad experience probably because of no response from them for almost two weeks but it was great after that. I have had Paul from Parcel flow contact me and resolved the issue quickly. He has been very helpful and when ever I have to make an order I first even confirm with him and I place the order. He even intimates me if there is going to be a delay because of a holiday in UK etc. So far I have not lost even one package and items arrive quite quickly and a tracking number is provided. So I have retracted my older review for this new one as the experience has been only better after the initial hick up.
My package has been arrived in their address from 24 august but no notification. No answer email. They disappear from the world!

Need help as my package are stil with parcel flow since 31-Aug-2016, I tried sending them emails and calling them almost everyday but no response. The bad part is the item I order is for my brother's birthday and not available in UAE and Philippines. I hope parcelflow respond to one of my emails.

This company for me its one of the best. Their services are awesome and very credible, very good professionals. I recommend this company to everybody... they are Great!
I will definately use this service again as they offer your own handler and got quick response to emails. The item arrived a few days later but this turned out to the fault of the seller and not parcelflow. The costs are better than other competition as I have discovered using the quote system they provide.
