I have used many parcel forwarders in the past e.g. Prime Secretarial, Skypax and some others too. From time to time I had problems with them which lead into money loss and headaches. But since I discover ParcelFlow, I know my parcel are in good hands.

Communication:
I am receiving email answer within a short time if I am sending during working hours question. Professionals answers and not "Canned replies" as they are really reading your emails. If you have any problems or need special attendance they always willing to support you, giving you option to solve problems within their possibilities. It is always a charm to talk to them.

Website:
Easy to setup your account and to maintain it. Fast loading so no cheap webspace and since I am using their service the website was always reachable with no down times. Website is well structured and you find everything every very easily. Managing your parcel thru the website is as easy as you would write an email. Payment is integrated seamless and fast processed. Most of the time I am using my cell phone so they website is very responsive.

Service:
Never had any problems that the parcel didn`t arrive at their location! They are very fast in processing your parcels. Most of the time I receive an email that they receive a parcel, I pay right away managing it from my cell phone and couple hours later is shipped and picked up by they freight company. I am using always parcel force for shipment so I am not sure if that also works with other e.g. RoyalMail or DHL. But yes, they give you many options on how to ship your stuff including consulation if you want. ALL parcels received from them!

Price:
Except like others, you don`t have here a membership here so you really pay if you use their service. Handling fees are cheap and the shipping fee is up to you since you have a choice with whom they should ship. So at the end I saved a lot of money from my last parcel forwarder.

Summary:
If you really look for a reliable parcel forwarder there are in my opinion only the guys from Parcel Flow the ones you should go for. Thanks for the great service in the last couple years and also looking forward to keep in touch with you guys.

By the way: Don`t thrust this bad reviews here, how easy is that just to write "I didn`t receive my parcel!" and giving zero stars. Look at the name next to it and think about it if you should believe them. If I would have a problem with somebody I would write pages of anger to give it more expression;)

** Parcel flow UK to Namibia**

I used Parcel flow once to do a personalized shopping in the UK on my behalf and later ship the goods to Namibia.

I paid for the personal shopping service and for the goods, then it was time to wait for the notification email that my goods have been received by Parcel flow. Five days later no email, I thus decided to send them an email, that's when they replied that the supplier did not deliver all the goods, they have requested him(the supplier) to send the missing goods. A day latter I received an email that my parcel is now ready for shipping to Namibia. I logged in to my account to check for the parcel details such as weight and dimensions, only the weight of the parcel was displayed(12.5 kg).

I emailed their customer support to request them to add the carton dimensions, two days later no reply, on the third day I decided to call them, we spoke and after the call, they emailed me the dimensions of the carton.

Excited, I used their shipping estimate calculator and when I enter the weight (12.5kg) to Namibia without the carton dimensions the shipping rate was 127 Sterling Pounds. When I entered the dimensions to work out the volumetric weight (12.5kg) manually, shipping rate to Namibia was around 78 Sterling Pounds. I played around with their calculator to understand their rates more, however i found out that, the shipping rate of a 12kg to Namibia was 75 Sterling pounds, a 13 kg would cost 77 Sterling Pounds and it didn't make sense that a 13kg would cost less than the lighter 12.5kg (127 Sterling pounds). I also checked the shipping rate of a 12.5kg to neighboring country South Africa and it was 74 sterling Pounds.

I emailed Parcel flow asking that they rectify all the mistakes, to change the formula so the shipping rate is calculated correctly, remove consolidation and remove VAT.
