The site advertises so boldly order now in time for Christmas! I order personalized cards Dec 9 and here it is Dec 21st and no cards yet. They should stop taking orders when they know they won't arrive on time. I called them today and was on hold for 35 mins and once I got from 14 to 7th In line they automatically disconnected me. I had to run out today to get replacement cards that I'll have to hand write and I wanted all my friends and family to get my cards early so they could get my new address. Pspersourse does not answer emails or phone calls and they are deceptive with their advertising! Never had this problem with Shutterfly or papyrus! Not happy papersource. Never again!
I cannot believe that Paper Source is still in business after researching the reviews (which I should have done before ordering). Over a 3 week period I have had no response from 5 emails, waited on hold over 3 hours only to be disconnected, 4 times left my number for a call-back that never came and tried to call for 3 days straight to only get a busy signal. Charged for and never received 2 items, I give up on them and am now calling my credit card to dispute the charges. They are the absolute worse company I have ever dealt with and I NEVER buy from then again.
I love the product, but good luck if there is something wrong with your order. I've tried for days leaving my call-back number, emailing, calling and holding and getting disconnected twice. (Guess that's how they reduce their call volume.) Very disappointing to read similar reviews.
1)Ordered a Baby "BOARD book" and received a hardback picture book instead. 2) Ordered a puzzle, which did not come with our other purchases. The statement said it was back ordered-we were never notified from the beginning that the puzzle was back ordered. However, we were charged for the puzzle. Still no puzzle 4) contacted customer service via email repeatedly to request an estimate on when the puzzle might be available-absolutely nothing! 5) called the customer service number and waited in the que for 2 hours(my phone was on speaker as I waited) When I was finally at the first spot and waiting to be CONNECTED, the call was dropped and disconnected. WHAT A NIGHTMARE OF A COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH!
I have never had such as horrible customer service expereince as I had with Paper Source. They are impossibel to get in touch with so you have no way to cancel an order that is 3 weeks late. I will never, ever shop with this company again.
I received a broken item and emailed customer support immediately and received reply saying they would review and get back to me which still hasn't happened. Shopping in stores is fine but i will never order online from them again and would recommend to avoid it as well.
I had a HORRIBLE experience with Paper Source. I ordered return address labels, and received an error message after I completed check out. Assuming that meant my order was not processed, I placed another. Shortly after, I received two order confirmations. I emailed Paper Source's customer service department with both confirmations and was (not so promptly) told that I in fact did NOT place two orders. So, I then received TWO orders in the mail. One of the packages was soaking wet (which I totally understand was not Paper Source's fault) leaving the product inside wet, warped, and unusable. Not only was I annoyed that I received two orders when I tried to avoid this situation, but the quality was subpar. The addresses were illegible, and grainy. I again emailed their customer service department, explained the situation, and asked for a refund. Not only did they REFUSE to refund me, they took forever to respond. After going back and forth several times, I asked to get in touch with the manager. I was told I could not speak to a manager, and that a refund would not be processed. So I threw away the labels. Two days later, I was told I could return the labels for a refund... I spent nearly $60 on something I ended up throwing in the trash. I am honestly appalled at the level of service provided. As someone who has worked in the customer service industry for 14 years, I cannot fathom how they think treating their customers like this is okay. I never once received an apology, or any sort of offer to make this right. I would never, ever treat my customers like this.
To whom it may concern:
I am highly disappointed with the result of my product.
I took the extra steps to customize my Puppy announcement cards so I that I would like the final product.
I have more than one complaint. Not to be that person, but in hopes your services improve.
I first off wish there was a place to right a review. I should of known better not to use your services with no reviews to see how other customers enjoyed or did not enjoy your services.
However, what I can positively share, is that you have a nice customizing utilization that is easy to use. That is one reason, I went with your company.
Attached to this email you will see 2 photos.
That extra step in making sure I would get the end product is the photo you see where I took a picture of the product on my computer to ensure it would be what showed up in the mail.
I am so thankful I took that photo.
As you can see, in the second picture, that is not what was sent to me.
The other things I found very frustrating is the "Rush Service" I ordered this product on Thursday. It was not even started until Monday. If I had know Rush Service means "whenever it is looked at" I would have definitely not used your services.
Lastly... and part of my fault for thinking I could trust you, but, the fact that I thought you would come through on your end and not ever needing to return the product or get my money back.
I am aware that it states this in check out that you can not get that feature in customizing... but now knowing you have messed up my product puts my in the position to lead everyone I know who comes near your services, to steer clear.
I am not sure if you can or will make this right.
But the 10% off, plus Rush Services truly mean absolutely nothing when you jack the customized product.
Also... for an update...
You should really have the package be track-able to the customer.
I called in to customer services to see where you were at in the process 4 days after ordering and the customer service phone line took over 15 min and I was disconnected 3 times... when I was finally connected to someone... he was the rudest boy I have ever communicated with.
Never again.
I had an issue with one of the Paper Source stores. It was dealt with immediately & equitably with no questions asked. The manager was pleasant & understanding. I am very happy with the resolution. Plus, I love their stores and products
I've had to order, reorder, overnight shop & was charged 5 times for the wrong order! Incompetent customer service!
This is the long but the gist of it is the product is nice but my customer service was horrible. I have yet to talk to a manager and the last time I was promised one would call was on June 1,2020. I have been trying to reach one since March (I have been very patient with COVID too). If you want to order from Paper Source skip the store and do it yourself directly on line with a discount code. The store did not step in to help me with the plant at all.

I ordered at the end of Feb and went into the store to see the product and went through someone there. I was told once the order was placed I would receive an email to go online and then would order my envelopes on line. I rec'd a call from the plant that what the store told me could not be done so I had to pay an additional $50 at that point. I never rec'd an email regarding my envelopes so I called the store. I finally had to go in again since the envelope they suggested were no longer being used. I asked the store if there was any type of discount I could get because there were all sorts of codes online when I went on there and I was required to take a vacation day to get the envelopes straightened out. Joy said she would talk to the manager at the plant and get back to me (nothing). I also talked to the store manager about being frustrated and she said I had to talk to the plant. So basically, going into the store gave me no help and cost me a discount. I started calling management at the 800 number shortly after and have talked to Vince several times. He has relayed my name and number and realized the store had overcharged me and got me a credit. One lady had me on hold for 30 minutes only to tell me that I had already rec'd a credit and I explained that wasn't a discount code that was their error. She promised a call from a manager. I have talked to Lindsey several times and she said the order wasn't placed on line. The envelope piece was done online. All I am asking is for a call from management to discuss my frustration and get a discount honored that was sent by Crate & Barrel for registering. I sent the email with the code and they said not valid. They should honor it just for goodwill seeing I have been calling for months. Very frustrating- I would recommend Minted before I would use Paper Source again. Curtis (or any manager that is working) I am still hoping for that call!
Received an address stamp as a gift. Unfortunately there was a small mistake made at the time of order with the home number. It should have been 1771 instead it was submitted as 1171. What's odd is that the order was submitted with the correct mailing address. While I understand that this was a mistake on the order entry, it just seems unreasonable for a company to not review orders and possibly check for mistakes. I contacted customer service in hopes of them having some sympathy considering this was a gift and you would think that it being such a small dollar amount and the fact that they would and should have caught a small error but no support or sympathy whatsoever. They did state that they do not review ANY order as everything goes straight to production after you click submit. They are just middlemen. Will NEVER use and will NEVER recommend to anyone. This is why Amazon is thriving.
Beware! Do not use them for your save the date or wedding invitations. Here was my experience based on trying to order 30 save the date invites for my wedding:
-I had to keep following up regarding status. I received excuses.
-The local store told me to contact customer service. Isn't this a service they need to provide if they realize they are not delivering?
-COVID hit, and they confirmed they would send everything to me. They sent it to the store and told me it was my issue to solve. This took multiple emails to customer service to resolve.
-The proofs came back twice with errors. They made the same ones more than once.
-I reached out to customer service at the end of this process multiple times and no one got back to me.
-I constantly received excuses and it felt like it was my problem to deal with. Where is the ease and customer service in that?
-I was told for my trouble I would received a custom mail stamp with our return address. Do you think o ever received that?
-It took almost 2 months from the order I placed prior to COVID to arrive.
-No apologies from Corporate.
-My local contact initially tried to assist but after having g to follow-up with her on status, I felt very much on my own. For me to have to keep asking for status updates, for telling me I need to contact headquarters because she is getting nowhere and for the stream of excuses, it was and remains to be unprofessional.
I had bought hand sanitizer online and when they shipped out they gave me a tracking number that did not exist on fedex then i wrote to them online. We wrote back in forth until they stop responding to me. I wrote multiple emails but no one responded to me. They eventually resented my order. Which i receive today and two of them were opened and spilled. Which was the more pricey one. I ordered on March 20th and just received it April 27th. I would not ever buy from here again.
I purchased the hand sanitizers, it specifically says on the website that it is assorted hand sanitizers, but when I received my hand sanitizers, I only received two individual bottles at $16. I know when I first ordered the hand sanitizers, a quantity of 1 was not listed. This company is misleading people, taking advantage of the pandemic.
I have purchased hand sanitizer from them, and the way it was described on the website, it seem that I will be receiving 7 bottles of small sanitizers in different fragrances per order total of 42 bottles for 6 orders. I need to distribute them to my employees for their protection. When they arrived, I had received 6 bottles of 2oz each sanitizers, and I had paid almost $60.00 dollars for them. I called them and I will be returning them all!
They have just added a new line for their hand sanitizers, which notes it will be one bottle per order! I guess people have complained about the lie on their website.
Changed the description after I purchased to say only one hand sanitizer would be sent. Unclear advertising and ripping people off charging $8.95 for one 2 oz hand sanitizer, plus another $10 for tax and shipping, during the Coronavirus Pandemic.
Paper Source is just another business taking advantage of people.
I received the wrong order after 10+ days - the shipment was correctly addressed to me but then upon opening the box, it was a completely different order with an order summary and receipt for a different person included as well! How you can make this kind of mistake is beyond me. I have reached out to customer service multiple times and not received any communication. Truly disappointed with their service wow.
I purchased the 2020 Page A Day Planner on Jan 2nd. The store was out of this item so the clerk ordered it online for me and had it shipped to my home. On Jan 15,2020 I called Paper Source to check on the status of my order and was told that the order was cancelled due to the item being out of stock. I was never notified about the cancellation in any way and although they cancelled the order, I was not refunded my money. On the phone the rep told me I needed to take my receipt to the store for a refund. Why should I have to take time out of my day to find my receipt (digital one was not provided), stop at the store, explain the situation again and then have the refund processed. This company has so many issues.
I LOVE my local Paper Source store. So, suffice it to say, I was excited to use their online service for some personalized Happy New Year's cards. I ordered the personalized cards, matching envelopes and return address labels. The order took almost two weeks to arrive and when it did the envelopes were not in the box, even though the paperwork inside the box indicated otherwise. I contacted Paper Source and the Customer Service Supervisor indicated to me that they would have to do an internal review of my order before they would be able to send out the envelopes. SERIOUSLY? I called back the next day and the woman I spoke to said she couldn't help me and didn't know what the status was of my envelopes being shipped. Finally, on the third day of calling, I was told that my order was still under review and that they would consider issuing me a small refund for my troubles and would send me the envelopes. It is now three days past that now and still no envelopes. I am still in amazement that they didn't immediately overnight me the envelopes the very first day I called. So, here I sit still not being able to send out my New Year's cards because the envelopes for these cards are a specific size that is not readily available at any other store! NEVER AGAIN! AND, I was ready to place a VERY LARGE order for a friend of mind to the tune of a few hundred dollars... instead, I chose a competitor. YOU LOST OUT PAPER SOURCE... on so many levels!
