I tried this service and I believe that it is a scam. Once they have your money you done! They don't follow instructions, the finished product is unusable (it might be words linked together by Google Translator), calling in does not help (although they are very polite). Don't expect protection from Paypal as they consider the product "Intangible" as it is not delivered by a courier. The 100% guarantee turned out to be a scam too as they offered a 30% discount on my next order. I could not believe that anyone could be happy with this service and question the validity any positive review. This is a scam service! If you question this ugly review try the toll free number and make your own judgement. The proof read of my review was a $125 lesson on internet scams!
Where do i start. They don't follow instructions, they don't deliver the paper on time, they don't give your money back and the papers suck! Just a lot of big words that does not make any sense. Stay away. It is better to write your own paper with in 2 hrs than to pay this people for a stupid paper. Anyone can do a better job than this clowns.

OMG! Where should I start? From the customer services to following the guidelines and even to the deadline. I have sent this company over 20 emails regarding my paper to only receive false promises and no paper. 'Scott Joseph" for a better lack of term is a total.^%$ should not be in customer service. They also scan your calls. Once they have your number programmed and they know its you they will not answer. Again, I received no paper! Please do not use this company. I will be failing this class thanks to them and no apology from them whats so ever!
