I had place an order of literature review chapter for dissertation. However, the paper delivered is not in a proper / standard literature review for a dissertation. I had given chance for 4 time revise and telling them what to include but still paper content never change, wasting my time! They seems doesn't even know how to write a proper hypothesis (basic for dissertation) even though I provide them sample to follow. This make me question on their writer qualification. It's first and last time to use their service. It's better to write it myself!

I ordered a 6 page paper to be done in 24 hours. What I got back was a generalized essay that sounds like a 12 year old foreigner wrote it - written on the wrong topic. I had to put in a revision and the revised essay was no better. After 4 days, I gave up on my writer and arguing with their bad customer service and just took the essay, even though I can't use it. They offered a 15% refund, but that's ridiculous when my paper is 3 days past due and so horribly written. I'd be humiliated if my professor saw it. Never again and I'm putting in bad reviews wherever I can. I don't want other people wasting their money.

Customer service said the bad comments on here are "written by competitors", but one conversation with anyone from Papershelms and you'll notice by their bad English that the 5 star ratings are actually written by them. Talk to them and then read the positive comments on here and you'll see right away. Stay away, they are scammers!
